The manager of this property would not communicate with me AT ALL. The only time I received a response is when I sent a photo of damaged trim around the attic access. Additionally, upon arrival, the yard was overgrown, and trash cans were strewn across the driveway. We also did not receive any access instructions, including the entry code for the front door, despite leaving a voicemail, and sending a message, asking for help. I guessed the code (the property address number), and got lucky that it worked. On top of the lack of communication directly with the property management, there was no information on how to access the on-property wifi, check out expectations, etc. This was extremely frustrating, as we did not know if the property manager wanted towels/bedding to be washed before we left, or if any other housekeeping items needed to be completed. The location of the property was great, and it served it's purpose for our two night stay, but the lack of communication with the property manager is inexcusable. I would NOT recommend this property for that reason alone.

The price was right, the location good and the neighborhood ok. Began touching base with the Host 2.5 weeks prior to arrival. No response what so ever. I had no idea if we really had a place to stay when we arrived, or not. Had to contact VRBO and they got in touch w the Host. The only contact provided with this Host is through the Portal, which they ignored. When their telephone number was made available 24 hrs prior to check in, they didn't answer, or return the call. I have never had this type of experience with any VRBO property. The house is filthy. The heating vents throughout the house had not been cleaned and had such a thick layer of dust and grime and black dust blowing out. The heating vent over the kitchen counter was greasy and dirty--insulation was visible from the ductwork . The plates in the cabinets were dirty; probably explains the live and dead roaches. The house smelled of strong perfume from the plug in air fresheners in every room to mask odors. Long black hair in one of the beds and both showers were full of hair and didn't drain very well. The master toilet was not clean. There were no house instructions (i.e. wifi pw, or check out instructions). I own a vacation rental myself and I just can't imagine how anyone can offer such a filthy house and poor communications. This was family time for us as we live on different coasts. We only wanted to cook, play board games and enjoy family time. Instead, we stayed away and ate out. Unforgiveable.

Great house. Lots of room. Extremely clean when we arrived. Beautiful, clean bathrooms, spotless kitchen with newer stainless appliances. Backyard with gas grill and miniature pool table. Our two Golden Retrievers had lots of room to play inside and outside. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great

This property was very nice everything that was on the site was accurate. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of supplies when staying at other Vrbo needed to get supplies we really did not need anything extra here very appreciative for all the supplies they provided.

Our group had six adults and three dogs staying at this rental. With that being said, the price could not be beat! Communication with the owner was good, check-in and check-out was simple, and the home is as depicted in the listing. The neighborhood itself is probably not the best in the area, but certainly not the worst. The area in which this home is located is close to the freeway, and eating and shopping establishments are within a few minute's drive. The home was comfortable, met our needs, and was clean on the surface. The fact this is a pet friendly home says a lot however, and periodic deep cleanings of this house should be a must.

The location was good. 5 min walk to the park with our dogs. And good distance away from the strip and other parts of Vegas we like to go to. Good communication with owner. However, the place lacked a lot of amenities in the kitchen. It had the basics for dishes but that was all there was and no blankets. The beds had thin coverlets so we had to use the throw blankets. The cleanliness was just on the surface/superficial. The other bedroom had this wall unit at the foot of the bed that had like 6 inches of space in between.

We tried to contact the host regarding three different issues. We used the VRBO web site, we texted, and we left voicemails. The host never responded, except when we gave up and called VRBO. Even now, after texting a week ago about a change in dates, we have heard nothing from the host. Also, be aware of the fact that this property comes without even salt, pepper, and oil. Couldn’t even fry our own egg the first morning.
