This beach house is a must if you plan on having a bachelorette weekend with a small group of friends. My best friend decided to have our Bachelorette weekend in OCMD and the Airbnb prices were too high for just a weekend at the beach for 5 people. This beach condo was nice, clean and had an ocean view. He allowed us to check-in and check-out as early or as late as we wanted as they did not plan on renting it out the following week. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything you would need from a dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels, wash cloths. Literally everything including the dish and laundry detergent! Although we stayed for a bachelorette weekend, the condo is very family-friendly and can sleep up to 8 people! We didn’t realize it until once we were leaving, but there is a rollaway bed tucked under the lower bunk bed. Overall, our stay was amazing and I have to thank Steve for being such an outstanding virtual host! He was able to snag one additional parking pass for us since all of us were coming from different states and had to take separate cars due to our work schedules. Communication was easy and prompt and I would definitely rent this place out again!!!

This condo was wonderful. The pictures were precise. I had a few questions before the trip and Steve always got back to me immediately. I have stayed at numerous condos in Ocean City and I can say, without hesitation, that this condo is the CLEANEST you will ever rent!! It is well stocked with everything you will need. Location is perfect right on the boardwalk. The only suggestion I would have is that it would have been nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom. Other than that, it was a wonderful week. I've been renting in OC for 35+ years and this condo is one of my favorites! Beautifully decorated and maintained with everything you could possibly want or need on your vacation. Owner supplies all the bath towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Also included are paper products and cleaning supplies. The balcony is one of the largest I've seen with great furniture. I ran into an unfortunate personal problem and Steve the owner promptly helped me deal with the issue. He couldn't have been more helpful and generous with his time. If you want to have a beautiful luxurious vacation this place is for you! Thanks Steve!

Condo was very clean and well-maintained. Shows pride in ownership. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Provided linens, towels, paper products, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, board games and much more! The renters coming in after us canceled their stay and the owner offered us extended time on check out day free of charge. We would definitely rent here again and would recommend to others.

Highly recommend this unit, right on the Boardwalk! When we vacation at the beach, we want to stay in a place that looks and feels like a beach house, has conveniences as simple as having nicer bath towels and a little laundry detergent available, and, of course, a view (the closer the better) of the ocean. After travelling so far, we want to park the SUV and not drive much for the week. Lots of options for food and drink nearby are also on the wish list. This unit has it all!! Great location, view, amenities, comfort… we were fortunate to find this condo. We read the other reviews prior to booking and, after our week here, find them to be perfectly accurate and aligned with our experience. Steve & Denise, great job!! Loved our stay, thanks for being great to work with!

Our stay at Golden Beach was wonderful. We have a large family of 7 and it accomadated us great. Completely updated condo with a view worth a million bucks. The owners if the condo have such wonderful hospitality. We were so impressed with our stay we have already booked our stay for next summer!

Close to everything you need. No need to drive anywhere. Perfect view of the sunrise and sunset, and you do not even have to leave the property. Really nice area, spacious, and clean.

The condo was a perfect setting for our vacation. It is so attractively decorated and furnished. It has everything that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with all needed equipment to make our meals and serve them to the family. Having ALL linens provided is so wonderful. My three grandchildren ages 9, 6 and 4 were entertained on the rainy times with a large selection of movies and video games. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay like a home away from our own home. The views are amazing from the large deck. It is very peaceful to sit and enjoy the views and all the activities happening. Lots to do in the area and the condo is the perfect spot to get to where you want to go quickly. The owners are very helpful and made the stay a great experience. We will definitely be back for more fun and staying at this condo! Thank you for such a great place to stay.

We can't say enough nice things about this beautiful condo. Clean, Comfortable and Convenient with the best views in Ocean City! The photos really don't do it justice, we were shocked at how large the bedrooms, bathrooms, living space and the balcony really were. Spent a lovely, memorable weekend in unit 402 and look forward to renting from such friendly, accommodating owners in the future!

We stayed at this vacation condo with my extended family (4 adults) and two little kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and was by far our best vacation at the beach. The condo is equipped with everything, I mean everything. Board games, video game console, cable tv, beach toys, chairs, beach volley ball, linens and beach towels just to name a few. The kitchen is stocked up with utensils including disposables and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and more. Steve even brought fresh flowers a small detail but tells you a lot about how much he cares about his guests and the effort he has spent in making the place perfect. Steve is very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. To top it all off the location is perfect, short walk to the pier, a lot of great eating placing, amusement park and all the board walk fun you can have. The view from the balcony is to die for. Best part was that everyone had fun. We are already planning to come back later this year and will be staying here for sure. Thank you Steve!

We had an awesome time. The condo was perfect and sleep us perfectly. Steve is an awesome owner and very friendly and helpful. Made out weekend memorable. I couldn't of been more satisfied with everything. The location is great and right in the center of all the action. Even the beds and pillows were comfortable. 5 STARS!!!
