Location, view, cleanliness of the rooms when we checked in.
Rooms were not cleaned daily and basic supplies like coffee, water bottle and fresh towels were not replenished.
They had a weird rule that they only have room service available for non vegetarian food. Getting them to provide veg food in the room was a hassle.
No wifi.
