The river that runs out front and the hot tub were nice.

We went the entire first day/night without AC. It was 80* inside and there wasn't a resolution until the next day (window units😳) and no compensation was/has been offered. When I finally made contact with the local keeper, there was one text sent by her and NO response to any I sent back. Communication is none existent from the local employees. It's dated and smells musky. There are bugs in the light fixtures and a rotting dead frog near the ping pong table in the garage. There's only one way in and out. The propane stove is scary to use. The 2 main bathrooms are next door to each other on the main level. The carpet is worn and makes the whole place feel dirty.
