Firstly, we had booked this place for 12 adults and 3 toddlers. However, nowhere in the listing did it mention that we had to share the pool with another bunglow and it was not a private pool.Imagine paying 52k and not getting a private pool. It was disappointing to discover upon arrival that the pool was shared, as this information was not provided beforehand. One issue with this type of booking is that you don't have direct access to property caretakers immediately after making the reservation and payment. You only receive their contact number two days prior to your visit. Regardless, once we obtained the number, we specifically asked the caretaker about the availability of a microwave, refrigerator, and gas at the property. We were assured not to worry at all since it was considered a 5-star property and everything was taken care of. We needed access to the gas and microwave to warm and cook food and milk for the kids if necessary. To our dismay, we were shocked to find that the gas was leaking and we could smell it as soon as we entered the property. One of the helpers informed us that there was a leak in the gas pipe, but we could still use it by blocking the area of the pipe where the leak was with our thumb! Another disappointment came when we couldn't locate the microwave in the kitchen. When we contacted the caretaker, who happened to be on leave for a week but was still trying to coordinate via phone, he informed us that the microwave was actually in the office room and he would attempt to fix it and move it to the kitchen. How unprofessional it was for the same person to initially tell us it was in the kitchen and then deny it when we questioned him over the phone. Additionally, there were unpleasant odors in three rooms, and upon entering, we could smell the presence of moss. The living room couch was not cleaned or well-maintained, as there was dust on the sofa and between the tables. To our surprise, we even found a rat!!!

in the living area, with its droppings scattered in the kitchen area and on the balcony. Imagine the fear and discomfort of having your kids play in the same area. I have recorded a video of the rat, the unclean refrigerator, and the couch, which I can share if necessary. We had ordered food locally for a package deal of 1800 per person, including lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The taste and quality of the food were decent, but there were delays of up to 10 minutes when something ran out. The food guy had to go back to the restaurant to fetch it for us. Breakfast was only available after 9:30, not before. The rotis were not great either. If you're okay with traveling, my advice would be to eat outside or order from platforms like Zomato or Swiggy. The infrastructure of the toilets and bedrooms was good, giving a premium feel. However, the rooms lacked basic facilities like a good night or mosquito repellent. One of the fans was not working, and I'm not even sure if the bedding was washed; it seemed like they had only been dusted before our arrival. After paying 52K for just a single day, I strongly feel that we deserved better facilities and service. And mind you they will charge you 15k upfront as a security deposit for damages. Which is fine, but you need to make sure on arrival that either you take pics of already damaged things... In conclusion, I would strictly advise against staying at this place. Saffron Stay is known for its brand and the quality it offers, but based on this experience, I am highly disappointed and would think twice before visiting any of their properties.

SaffronStays Juniper is an ideal place for corporate offisite. Every year we plan an unofficial offiste with our colleagues.. there were around 30 ppl in total and we wanted a spacious bungalow loaded with amenities. SaffronStays Juniper was the one caught our attention there are two twin bungalows next to each other each has 5 rooms. If you wish to book one bungalow there is an option too. Since we were traveling with 30 ppl. We had booked both bungalows. Amenities - There is a common pool, a TT table, a pool table, a lawn and indoor gym. The staff was super helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We will surely recommend this place for the people visiting with big group's!! Cheers :)
