5 mins walk from Mansfield Town centre, close the the bus station and shopping centre. The cats were cute. Great communication from Trevor. Offered breakfast items, and to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Room was spacious with lots of storage. Included tv with NOW TV, hairdryer and towels included.

The bed was a little hard for our personal preference, but we still got plenty of sleep. Place needs a little tlc but this didn't affect our stay.

Trevor was very helpful and accommodating, and the cats were lovely. I could help myself to breakfast (cereal, toast, tea/coffee). I was able to store my bicycle indoors.

Bedroom lovely and clean .bed was very comfortable. Trevor was a good host.

Just be aware of permit parking to adhere to.

We enjoyed the stay, the host was welcoming but not intrusive. He supplied an amazing breakfast and offered extras without us asking.

Nothing was too much trouble for Trevor , very comfortable stay, brilliant location for visiting my brother in hospital.I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.Many Thanks,kind regards Veronica

It had been double booked. I was told on arrival that I could have a refund, but as I pointed out, it was no good telling me at that time. If I'd had more notice I could have booked somewhere else. There was no mention of it in the email that had been sent from the property a few days before. I ended up staying in a room that was not really up to the mark.

Location little awkward to find but as you go into Mansfield off the M1, pass the A38 and turn right just before Tesco. Second set of lights just before Texaco station turn left, pass Ladbrookes and turn right. Trefor's is in front of you ( If driving).

No lock on room cats everywhere even on my bed as I came in 🤣🤣. Draws full of stuff makes me think someone is living there . I'm easy going but man anyone shouldnt need to enter there room having to kick a 🐈 off the bed 🙈
