No issues with the place. Owner was prompt in answering all my questions even at night. Thank you for that. The pool was also clean. My kids enjoyed it.

Overall the place is a bit old school. For me it was fine

It is spotless clean, eventho it was an old building. All the tiles, its interior the swimming pool were old school. There's tomyam warung opposite apartment, and its food was superb.

No convenient shops nearby, nothing around accept that warung. Mayb they don't change swimming pool water regularly, my nephew got infection. You can see drunk people around the apartment especially during nite. They hang around at swimming pool area, guard entrance and few other place and it smells so bad..

- Easy Check In and Check Out process. - All rooms equipped with airconds - Coffee & tea provided. - Nice swimming pools.

- Ceiling fan at the dining area is too slow. Suggest to service/ repair/ change. - Flush sometimes seems to have problem (water keep running), but most of the time ok. - A few light bulbs at the dining hall require replacement. - Pls check whether aluminium (metal) shower heads and hoses is suitable/ safe with water heater? - Accommodation is ok, but the view outside (the building) is old. If management of the building can consider to repaint/ upgrade, then it would be wonderful.

All is comfortable

It's a sketchy and very old apartment. The toilet is a very old type not feeling comfortable. The apartment environment is so scary. But the room was very clean and neat.

Spacious, clean and comfortable homestay. Air-cond, kitchen equipment and electrical items work well.

Quite far from the beach

Overall good and very comfortable.

Somethig bad smell in toilet masterbedroom.

Near to beach and nice pool

Registration whereby we have to disclose I/C no. for all the attended family members. I think that information should be imposed to only one main family member
