Location was great

Long story short, I wouldn’t advise you booking this for the following reasons: 1- you will never get correct reply from CS, all they do is copy paste prepared macros with no escalation or solid replies. 2- prepare for annoying mornings everyday, you will be awaken every morning at 9am by super loud and annoying construction works happening in the building. 3- too expensive for the offered services and place.

No washing machine and a small shop in the building would be nice

Location and cleaning of the apartment, the view is fantastic. Easy chick in and out

The toilet need maintenance and it's very small the floor ceramics need to be fixed and prepared well

was modern nice fittings.

hot water didn’t work. tiles were unstable. lift stopped working with us in it. called several times to have things fixed but Maintenence won’t enter if your not home. paid a premium for a place without hot water. when called typical apologetic staff but no action taken.

The location is very good and close to the Red Sea Mall, the decor is beautiful and the place is spacious.

- Adding 350 riyals for cleaning was not expected and prepaid, bathrooms are poorly drained and need maintenance, water heaters are very small and almost do not work, and finally the floor tiles are not stable and need maintenance.
