This was a wonderful trip and a perfect house for our family. It was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated...and the view of the beach was even more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the back deck enjoying the view and the breeze from the ocean. The covered part of the deck stayed in the shade all day, so it was very comfortable and relaxing sitting out there. We never had a single issue, so I never had to contact the owner, but I have no doubt they would have been helpful and friendly had we needed them. Definitely one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity! Krista made the check in process super easy and we were very impressed with how clean the property was when we arrived. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (including a starter basket with the essentials), the bedrooms were very comfortable, each with their own bathroom! The layout of the home made it easy to enjoy time together. The desk facing the ocean was perfect when we had to get a little work done. The back deck was cozy with a superb view. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have a family vacation!

I wasn't able to go due to a sick kid, but my family went without me to celebrate my mother's 73rd birthday. This is what my aunt said, . . ."This house is beautiful! The entire view from the back of the house is astounding! The bathrooms are amazing and roomy. The kitchen had all of the necessities without being crowded. One of the best things was getting there and having sheet on the bed and towels ready to use! The back deck, looking over the ocean offers shade for all needing it, and we used the front porch a lot too because it had an excellent breeze.". One reason we picked this house was because stairs in most houses would be too much for my mom. This house had an elevator that worked great, and the access to the beach was easy enough that my mom didn't have any problems getting to the beach for a short morning walk. Krista was extremely communicative. She helped find a restaurant to meet my mom's cravings for her birthday and was willing to answer any questions we had. If you haven't been to Holden Beach, they have fantastic restaurants and ice cream shops. It is a shortish distance (we think) to Myrtle beach, where my kids like to go play putt putt. And if you go out at low tide, you can find awesome sea shells. Oh, and my aunt definitely plans on renting this place again to bring her own children and grandchildren! It has so much room! Hopefully next time I will get to be there too!! If you have a chance to book here, you should!

Excellent trip! Home was immaculate upon check-in and the elevator made such a huge difference in unloading and loading plus a great help with some elderly members of our party . Communication with property manager was quick and considerate and the gift basket was a lovely touch. The space was really perfect for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely home with everything you need to make your beach week perfect. The location, the views, the amenities, and lots of special touches to make you feel at home, this house had it all!
