The location was chosen based on it's proximity to relatives, in that aspect it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff was extremely helpful (once I reached out for my checkin info). The room was very clean and we had everything we needed (except hangers). The venue was super quiet.

We arrived the day after a huge ice storm hit PNW. The roads in the resort were very icy and we didn't have a vehicle designed to handle it (a heads up from the staff would have been nice since all other roads were cleared). We got stuck a few times trying to get to check in and then our block with our room. The room was pretty small for the price and oddly laid out. The mattress was very hard and (I'm short) so high up I had to jump in and jump out. There were no hangers for some reason in the closet which was a huge inconvenience as we had no where else in the room to hang up coats.
