De locatie is top! Je zit lekker in de natuur. Voor deze prijs kan je dit verblijf NIET laten gaan! Personeel is supervriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Ze kunnen je helpen met alles wat je nodig hebt op Bali. Van taxi’s naar fotografen.

Nice clean room, friendly staff.
Location is not optimal. Kind of dangerous road to get from there to the main road.
One of the reasons we booked this place was because of the big bathtube. Sadly the warm water heater was not able to keep up so we could not really use it. After 1/4 was filled only cold water.

Clean and big rooms, with a very big Window side.
So it's a bright and friendly atmosphere, but there are curtains aswell.
Free drinking water and coffee or tea in the room.
Little terrace and quiet area :)
Close to some attractions like the rice fields or some tempels.
You definitely need a scooter. It's about 15-20min from ubud by scooter.

views over the ricefields and the location is zen. the people in the village who are amazing people.
there is a local restaurant around the corner where you can have breakfast/dinner everyday at a affordable price (UMA LAWAS) they also have a laundry service.
they are still developing the property. at the moment there is no fridge and no tv in the room. also this is a GRAB free zone so you have to rent a scooter and be ready to drive up and down the valley

Nice family, close the manuaba waterfalls and rice field. Room spacious and confortable. 15min road to Ubud center.
Some ants to the room but nothing serious :)
