We really enjoyed our stay at Mary’s apartment. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect, centrally located to almost every tourist site. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand a block away but we walked just about everywhere. We appreciated Mary arranging great transportation to and from the airport.

This property is tucked in the heart of Rome which is just a short walk or bus ride to all major attractions. The property is beautiful and slept our family of 5 comfortably. Highly recommended!

This was our first time Visiting Rome. The location and the space in this apartment exceeding our expectations. We have read that the location can be noisy due to the busy street. We felt that was inaccurate. The building was quiet, secure, and charming. Mary was an excellent host and assisting us in an early check in as well as transportation from The airport and to the cruise port. If you are looking for an ideal location to explore and a charming apartment with ample space, do not hesitate to book.

Great property. Centrally located.

With two bathrooms and a small washer this place was a perfect crash pad for our family of four. Close to restaurants, markets on the weekend and walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. This apartment was very comfortable. Just one flight up stairs. Easy check in and out, good up front communication.

This flat was perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing! We landed in Rome and had a driver Mary recommended, pick us up and take us to the flat, we stored our luggage until we could get into the flat, and explored Rome on foot for the afternoon. The location of the flat could not be any better. Mary was very accommodating with any questions we had.. thank you so very much, we loved our stay at your flat!

Nice albeit small apartment located in a great location near Piazza Navona and Campo Fieri. Great restaurants below unit. Easy access to Public Transportation. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for 3 people. Kitchen very small but wasn’t planning on cooking anyway. On a busy street but noise not bad unless police/ambulance goes by. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Rome at Mary's place for 2 nights and it was a perfect location. We arrived at her place by taking a bus from Termini train station and the bus stopped right across the street from the building. Check in was easy as she was waiting for us. There were some steps to get to the apartment, but not too many. It was nice to have 1 and a half bathrooms. The shower was a little narrow, but good water pressure and hot water for all showers. The beds were comfortable and it had a coffee maker and some coffee for the mornings. The location was perfect - restaurants and attractions within minutes. We even walked back from dinner in Trastevere without any difficulty. Would definitely recommend Mary's place when staying in Rome.

The apartment is ideally located within short, walking distance to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and churches. Accurately described and clean, the apartment is well appointed and secure. Both Mary and Damiano were excellent hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was extra enjoyable. Would gladly stay there again.

Place was safe, clean, and matched the photos! It was perfect for our group of four. Location was also very central and easy to get to. Host/s were very responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The communication with the hosts was wonderful. They helped to arrange transportation from the airport and allowed us to store our bags until we could check in. The apartment is exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to all of the sites, restaurants and shops.

We stayed here as a couple for 6 nights before leaving for a Mediterranean cruise. It’s the perfect location!!! You can walk to almost everything (Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon etc…) and the lovely Campo di Fiori Market is right behind you one block over. Very convenient with lots of great restaurants and a cool vibe. The flat is comfortable with really everything you need for a stay in Rome..very comfortable bed! Would definitely rent this apartment again!! Mary was very responsive and even arranged pick up for us from the airport, let us store our luggage in the apartment since we arrived so early and she arranged transportation to the cruise port for us! A perfect stay!

Great apt. with excellent communication with the property manager/owner. We had a few issues with the wifi, but the mgr was very helpful and responsive. Very central to all the sites with plenty of good dining and shops. Plenty of room for 4 of us.

We loved our stay here! The check in process was easy and the host even offered to hold our bags as we arrived early. We also appreciated the driver that they arranged for us. The flat was walking distance to almost everything in Rome.

Great place in a great location for a fantastic visit to Rome

We had the best week EVER! The location of the flat is unbeatable. It is so cute and has everything you need inside. We came back to the flat every day and it felt like home. The owners made it very easy during check in and check out. HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in Rome:)

Property was located within reasonable walking distance of most of the sites we wanted to see, including Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon. Mary, the owner, was gracious to help coordinate transportation to/from Fiumicino, and was very responsive to messages. Great place to stay, we were there for 5 nights, have two teenagers. Grazie!

The apartment is pleasant, spacious and excellently located to discover the center of Rome on foot.

We loved staying here!! The owners were extremely helpful in arranging a driver from and to the airport even helping with luggage in between checkout and our ride to the airport. The apartment is spacious and the shower is fantastic - love the double shower heads!! It was so nice having a washing machine to wash clothes at the midpoint of our trip. The location is fantastic and walkable to just about everywhere we went. For other places, it was just a short ride on the bus. (If riding a bus, you buy tickets at newspaper stands or tobacco shops and you have to stamp your ticket when you get on the bus by running it thru the yellow console attached to a pole- or you WILL get a ticket!!). We adore this place and loved our time staying here.

This apartment was a great find! We couldn't have found a better place. First floor walk up. Enter through huge beautiful wood door, then through secure gate. Then up to apartment. Cute little coffe station. Small kitchen that had everything we needed. One main bedroom, large room with dining table, sleeper sofa, and queen bed divided by semi wall. Perfect for family. Claudia and Mary were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a perfect location and was a great fit for our family. Mary and Damiano kept us informed of everything we needed, including arranging a driver from the airport. This is a wonderful home base for a stay in Rome!

The location of this unit is perfect for a visit to Rome in that almost all of the "primary" tourist sites are within walking distance (even if a 20 min walk). We loved the ability to walk almost anywhere (e.g., Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps). Mary (and Damiano) were very responsive and also provided useful information on local restaurants, etc. We did not have an issues during our stay, and Mary arranged for transportation to FCO for both our arrival and departure (both drivers were very prompt and courteous). The unit was clean with an updated full bathroom (and an older powder room) and enough space for us and our two kids (ages 10 and 12). The kitchen is small, but more useful than you would find in a hotel. Overall, we were pleased with the unit and would consider booking again in the future.

Perfect for my families stay in Rome.

We've had several long-term stays in this apartment, and it feels like a home to us. Everything is perfectly arranged for living normally while visiting one of the most glorious cities in the world. Rome can easily be overwhelming and exhausting, and having this perfect apartment to relax in couldn't be better. The location is flawless: the apartment is on a beautiful large street (on a major bus route), lying in-between the Vatican and the Vittoriano. A few blocks away is Largo di Torre Argentina, a main bus hub for all directions. Rome is almost entirely walkable, and you can easily get anywhere at all from your front door. You’ll be right in the center of the historic distance, surrounded by churches with Caravaggios, excellent restaurants, Piazza Navonna, long walks along the Tiber, climbing the hills of the Janiculum, endless museums and more walks than we could do in a month. It’s really perfect. The apartment has a full separate bedroom, and also a very large living room with a double bed (or daybed) in one corner, separated by a large bookcase. There’s hideaway couch (which we never used), and various chairs. A large glass living room table for working and eating.There’s a "galley" kitchen, which has all the essentials for fully cooking. The apartment has plenty of room for a couple, or family. Mary is the best host I know for communication, and is incredibly helpful. I second all the rev reviews for her here, and more! Things that came up during our stays, such has recycling, arranging for a driver pick up/drop off at the airport, (or even our foolishly locking ourselves out one morning!) are handled promptly and efficiently. We truly couldn’t aks for a better place to stay, a better host, and we’re looking forward to our next stay here in September.

A great stay in Rome! The condo was in a great location, clean and the host was great. Mary was an excellent communicator from the moment we booked the place, she got us a private car, ensured we had a crib for our baby and even helped us with a bag up the stairs. Overall it was a great start to our tour of Italy, would stay here again!

Everything was great! Rome was having a heat wave so the a/c could have been better but other than that it was perfect!
