Really enjoyed our stay here. Had all the amenities we needed, and more. Did not have to bring much from home to make us comfortable. The condo was very spacious and clean. Would recommend this condo to our friends. The management company was very helpful with whatever we needed assistant with.

Beautiful condo, perfect location to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Easy walk to Coligny and the beach. The condo is breathtakingly beautiful and has everything you need. I am so appreciative of the living room chair that made into a bed, and the additional full bathroom downstairs. I recently had knee surgery and the chair/bed was so comfortable to sleep in and so convenient to have a full bath downstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms and two upstairs bathrooms are beautiful. So great to have a washer dryer in the unit. I appreciate the book with all the instructions and information about the condo and nearby restaurants and the area. It was so thoughtful and helpful. You will feel so relaxed in this lovely condo. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need. We loved our stay and look forward to many more stays in the future.

My wife and I came for a long weekend to relax, visit with friends and get some sun. The condo is beautiful and well decorated. We used the bikes on several occasions. We walked to Coligny Square and the beach several times. Location, location, location! This spacious condo is near everything you need for a vacation. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to HHI!

Villa was near beach, shopping, & dining. Owner was great to work with. So many amenities to enjoy at the beach and around the villa. Kids enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Nice condo - the only thing on our stay issue we had was the main fridge was missed during cleaning.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The location was convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, groceries, and a very nice park. Having bikes included to explore these places was a huge perk. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless, with everything you could possibly need, including beach stuff, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. The bathrooms were amazing (3 full bathrooms with nice showers and a tub/shower combo) and there were plenty of good sleeping options between the 2 bedrooms and living room. There was even a bar. The communication and information provided was super helpful. We are so grateful to have stayed here and highly recommend! Thanks for having us.

Perfect place!!! I don't know where to start. The location is phenomenal! Everything including the beach is within walking distance. Parking garage and luggage cart is so convenient!!! The condo is better than described. It was better than my husband and I expected. The owner is wonderful! She had a minor repair that she notified me about, but had it resolved before we arrived. The condo was spotless and decorated so beautifully. My only complaint was that it was so wonderful we hated to leave. You're making a mistake if you don't stay here.

For our second time visiting Hilton Head we knew we wanted to stay near Coligny. This condo was the perfect distance to Coligny and the beach. The fact that bicycles and beach equipment were provided is what sealed the deal, but having two separate floors and three full bathrooms was a game changer for my family of 5 which includes my wife and 3 teenage/early 20’s daughters. Any questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and the check in process couldn’t be easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Really convenient for getting to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Bikes available were super helpful and used often. Exploring Sea Pines is not far away. Loved our time there!

From the moment we stepped inside the condo, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. To me that is of most important. Beautifully decorated, provided every thing needed and lots of extra touches show Karen and Dave wanted us to have a wonderful time. Honestly, I can’t say enough…it was everything they say and more! This was my family's 1st visit to Hilton Head Island and this condo was perfect. We have 5 children and 2 adults. We were all able to comfortably sleep and have enough room to spread out.Having the 3 showers was very convenient. After a long day at the beach be able to wash off for the evening. This condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was wonderful having the beach cart and all the beach toys and chairs right at our convenience. The location was great because the beach was just a short walk away along with many stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay in Hilton Head.

We would give it 5+ stars if not for the smell of sewer/septic in the master shower. The smell would come and go as one takes a shower. It's barely noticable, but it's there. Floors needed a wash not just the vacuuming. Probably pest control won't hurt: ants in the master shower and living room. Otherwise, it's a fantastic property in the great location. We probably would rent there again.

We had the very best week ever at Hilton Head 2023! Me, my husband, our kids and a few friends rented this beautiful condo for the week. Upon entering we were immediately wowed by the beautiful home! There was SO much space. Throughout our stay our property manager was always available for questions. The home was so well stocked with games, beach stuff and kitchen supplies. Location was AMAZING!!!!! We walked to the beach every day and walked up to Colignay shops/restaurants as well. I just can’t recommend this place enough! We had the best week ever - thank you!!!!!!

My husband, our 2 young girls and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything we need was supplied by the hosts of this condo. There was no need to over pack beach or entertainment items. Everything was in walking distance. Very comfortable and we felt right at home. Will be booking again.

We recently stayed at Karen’s condo during a trip to Hilton Head. The place was quite large and offered more than enough room for all of us to have our own space.
Location of the condo is ideal for someone interested in a quick walk to the beach or visiting one of the local restaurants.

I have stayed in countless condo’s on Hilton Head over the years, and none have come close to this lovely condo. Fantastic location near Coligny, extremely clean, bright and well organized (right down to labels to help with identifying light switches), very comfortable mattresses, stocked with every imaginable item you could need for the beach, biking, exercising, game night, etc.!). You can tell the owners care about the property and are impeccable with their maintenance of it. A lovely condo!

My husband and I had a very positive, relaxing stay. The property was exactly as described. The master bedroom was large with a very thoughtfully laid out bathroom. The water pressure was great and it got hot, just the way I like it. The kitchen was cozy and had everything we needed to eat and drink. The living room was huge. The couch and bed were comfortable. The condo was close to the stairs and elevator. Parking was convenient. The beach access was close and easy to find. There are a ton of delicious restaurants and cafes near by. If you prefer to walk, Carolina Coffee & Crumb. If you’re happy to drive or really get in your steps, Java Burrito is my favorite breakfast place on the island. Savannah is less than an hour away so go enjoy a trolley ride around the old city. Thank you, Plumb family, for allowing my family to use your home for a while.

We came to South Carolina to see our son graduate from boot camp. We spent two days in the condo, and we were very pleased. The owners have labeled everything, how to turn on certain lights where games are stored how to use the large ice maker and wine fridge how to get to the beach what restaurants are nearby. Very smart thing to do. The condo was clean and well decorated. One bathroom had a huge shower!!! We will definitely book again. If you're thinking about staying here do it!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay near Coligny. Lovely place with many amenities, although the bikes were certainly lacking and we would probably rent them next time (not in great shape at all). However, they were free! I recommend removing some (we only evaluated 3 of the 5), but all of them should probably be discarded if they cannot be repaired. It seems like folks had ridden them on the beach previously and didn’t clean them properly afterward.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and would categorize this property as one of our best experiences! The property was bright and spacious and the location was ideal. Though not directly on the beach, it was only a 5 minute walk to the pirate playground (which was a top priority for my kids), restaurants, shops, and the beach. The game closet with legos and board games was awesome and we appreciated the sand chairs, beach toys and cart! My son loved playing pickle ball and though we didn’t end up using them, having bikes included was a great bonus. All the extra touches made this a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Location is great. Bikes are a plus. Spacious apartment. Cleaning people need to spend more time cleaning. Sneaker socks found in sofa cushions, shirt on master bedroom closet floor, greasy, filthy steak knives in drawers, and spotted plastic glasses. I ended up washing utensils before I used them. Condiment tray in frig is nice extra as well.
