Our stay was great in this cozy villa! This place had a lot of what we needed already stocked. The pool was nice to relax in after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away! The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and just a short drive down the road to the grocery store. Definitely recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at this complex. We love the charm and the close proximity to the beach/restaurants/shoppes, allowing us to walk to several places. Karen did an amazing job creating a refreshing updated coastal style inside. I'm sure we'll be back for a 4th visit! :-)

The place was nice and convienant to all the local restaurants and bars . Pool was nice and came with beach stuff which was good . Mattress on pull out couch could have been updated to a comfier mattress but everything else was good .

GREAT location - 5 min walk to Bridge Street. Nice pool area. Very comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Owner responds within minutes if you have any questions. Already looking forward to staying here again next year!

We had such a great stay here! Perfect location to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants- and easily wonder back to cool off at the pool. As a family of 4 with younger kids (4 & 6), we highly recommend! Karen even had some sand toys available for the kiddos D's which was a lovely surprise!

This villa is PERFECTION! It had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coffee, tea, aloe (just to name a few!) And the location is great. We had no idea what Bridge Street was but once we walked down there, we were in love. Such a great location to the beach and restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere! Couldn't have asked for a better long weekend. Thank you Karen!

Nice property for two . It’s close to beach , shopping and restaurants! Had to contact Karen about a toaster …. Immediate response , which is very important to me ! We enjoyed our experience here .

There were some property issues. The French doors going out to the back were swollen or perhaps water damaged and did not close properly. We only opened the right door but my husband had to go to the backyard to be able to get the door closed. The TV's did work but were difficult because the cable remotes were in bad shape. Both issues were communicated to the owner but due to the weather we were not going to use the pool and overall the TV 's were working so it really wasn't that bad. There was another issue that I did not communicate so it is not affecting this rating but did influence our decision to leave early and I believe the owner should be made aware. There was another guest in the unit directly above that seemed to be purposely running back and forth loudly. We did not say anything because we agreed that if the weather was nicer we probably wouldn't have noticed because we wouldn't have been there as much. The loud running footsteps did stop at night so it didn't bother our sleeping just the enjoyment of the unit during the day. We just thought it was odd because the units are soo small that running back and forth that loudly would have to be intentional. Either way the weather was the down side and that was out of the owners control.

Nice, quiet location but close to lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to beach. Pool area is nice and the pickleball court is only steps away. The unit is best for a couple only, because it is small.

Great property and location. Unit was just as advertised. Perfect for 2 adults! Communication with the host was excellent! Very clean and well stocked unit with lots of essentials whether you are preparing a meal or spending a day at the beach. Pool area was a plus! One block to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We watched having a cocktail at the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant. Two blocks from Bridge Street for shopping, dining and cocktails. If you don't feel like walking there are golf carts (Old Town Tram) that go by the condo and they will take you there and back. Just tip them! Oyster Bar on The Pier on Bridge Street has a great outdoor space, The City Pier for fish and chips or a cocktail, Waterfront Restaurant is a must...Try a Smoked Margarita! We loved our stay all around! Can't wait to return!

The place was very clean and as pictured. It was the perfect little spot for my solo getaway! The owner was wonderful with communication and gave great suggestions for places to eat around the area. Highly recommend!

The unit was so clean and so well equipped (towels, chairs, kitchen utensils and even condiments) we had no reason to leave once we parked. The pool and patio area is great for relaxing, the beach is so close for sunrise/sunset, and we walked to dinner at four different restaurants. The pier is a five minute walk, there are some stores on bridge street, even a pickleball court across the street. We have stayed on AMI 3 times, this is the smallest unit we have stayed in (it was just two of us) but we enjoyed this one the most and will definitely come back again next year if not sooner. This host excellent at communication and obviously takes pride in the property.

We loved our stay and would recommend staying here. Karen has stocked the condo with everything you need and the place itself is very cute. The pool was right out the back door and the beach was a 5 minute walk away, as was lots of shops and restaurants.

The unit is just the right size for two people and I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness. The beach is literally one block away and bridge street is just a couple of blocks away. Walking to the beach and restaurants is recommended and you can be there in just minutes. The pool area was neat and clean, towels and bedding were nice. We would stay here again.

My wife and I loved this property. The unit is small but perfect for a couple. The interior is updated and nicely furnished. It has a nice small pool behind it with well landscaped sitting area. We really enjoyed the location as it is situated near the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and provided a list of her favorite restaurants which we checked out and they were great. We highly recommend this apartment.
