The contact info for a local who could pick me up from the airport. We clicked and he drove me around, twice, free of charge and showed me a few things. This was really helpful and made it feel like someone was there if anything happened.
The roads are not pedistrian friendly, but it is possible. Taxis are hit or miss, so if you want to walk, find a place close to where you want to be most often.

The driveway or entrance road needs very desperate repair. Even the local taxi drivers did not like driving on it.

The key pad took a while to resister when first tapping on it. Would take multiple attempts for it to work.

It was very clean, the location was convenient and it furnished very well. The stay was excellent.
The cleaning fee is a little steep for a few day stay especially if you’re a pretty clean, neat person.
