Location, privacy, able to "stretch out" and relax while at the condo vs. staying in a small hotel room with more noise. For a slightly higher nightly fee than a hotel room, staying at this condo was well worth it!
The TV reception would freeze for a few seconds at regular intervals. Probably due to the TV service provider. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it did give us some annoyance when watching a movie or program.
