Had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures don't do it justice. The condo was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Love the kitchen and living room open floor plan. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the water was amazing. I will be booking this again in the future.

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo--it is spacious and well-equipped, easy to park and with access to the third floor via the elevator. Bike racks are convenient to use, and the bay views are beautiful. Communication was clear and prompt. All in all, a very nice stay in Chincoteague!

Very comfortable condo that fully lives up to its description in Vrbo. Lots of room. Very clean. Wonderful balcony. Great location in the heart of Chincoteague. The other guests were all very friendly. Loved the ponies and the NASA Flight Facility. Nice selection of restaurants and the grocery store (Island Foods Great Valu) was excellent.

Our stay was great and Debbie was an amazing host. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Communication was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy walking to many shops and restaurants, but minimal car traffic, which was nice. The beach equipment was also nice, with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards as well. Thank you so much Debbie!!!

We come to the island most every year to visit family and enjoy the beach. This condo is in the best location. We could see fireworks from the outside deck. We could walk for coffee and breakfast, dinner and icecream. My daughter swam in the pool every day. The condo has great air-conditioning, comfy accommodation and a wonderful view. The internet was spotty, but this was a plus because it forced our teenagers off their phones and into the conversations. Room enough for 6-8 people. Property owner was really nice and had great communication. We will be booking again for our next Chincoteague adventure.

We loved our stay in Chincoteague! The condo was perfect for my family and we loved the porch overlooking the bay. We saw dolphins swimming by in the mornings. One morning, they even swam right up to the dock outside! Debbie was great and quick to repond to all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better vacation! We will be back!

We had a fantastic 5 day vacation with friends at Sunset Bay in Chincoteague. The condo was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. We were pleasantly suprised to find an elevator located very close to the frond door and super excited not to have to carry luggage and groceries up stairs to the third floor! Inside the condo was quiet and equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient and fun for teens to be able to walk down the street and check out some shops. We loved relaxing in the pool after a full day in the sun at the beach. Our VRBO host was very helpful and communicative and we would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here after reading Misty of Chincoteague for our homeschool. We were super close to all the hot spots and enjoyed two days here. My girls loved the pool in between activities, but their favorite were the Misty decorations/books around the house and all the games.

Our accomodations were lovely, with a comfortable beach theme. We had a wonderful view of the inner coastal waterway and the marshy landscape. Relaxing on the balcony was one of my favorite activities.
Our daughter and grandchildren enjoyed the gym. Even though the weather was not the best, our one granddaughter even enjoyed the pool. We were close enough to all the main activities, that a five minute drive put us in the middle of it all. Our condo was a relaxing retreat after a busy fun day in town, and on Assateague Island.

This property is located on South Main Street in Chincoteague. It is in walking distance to several restaurants and downtown shops. The property host was very easy to reach, and she handled issues in a timely way. There is plenty of parking, and an elevator to get up to the 3rd floor. Although there is a generator that makes lots of noise on an adjacent property, the unit is well insulated, and we didn't hear anything from inside. We had a lovely time staying at this condo, it is very spacious, and comfortable.

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the water. It has enough space for a family. The owners also supply a great selection of games which was a lot of fun from the normal games we usually play. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals. There is plenty of space to store food in the kitchen as well. Nice wine glasses and plenty of plates/cups are here too. The owners have also left beach towels which is super helpful. Small shampoo/conditioner and mini soaps and dishwashing detergent are supplied to start you off as well as one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We would definitely return to this home!
Some things to note:
-the sunset is beautiful- it is actually prettier from the front/side deck of the unit (a little to the left when you get off the elevators), than the back deck.
- Although this is a condo complex we saw very few people in our daily in and out, felt very social distancing safe.
-The pool is NOT open this summer (2020)- my guess it that it is too small to social distance.

Loved our stay at Sea Breeze.
Plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was our favorite. Great views. The collection of games and puzzles was a great idea. Very reassuring to know that Debbie was just a text away if we had questions. Well stocked kitchen and all was clean. Looking forward to our stay there next year.

Wonderful vacation!
We just stayed for four nights at Sea Breeze and had a wonderful vacation! The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for us (four adults, one teenager, toddler and baby)! The location was convenient to shops/grocery store/restaurants, although we were bummed that Island Joes coffee and crepes was closed for the season! The condo pool was nice and Assateague was just a short drive away! We would definitely come back!

Grandma visit to the ocean!
We were so happy to find a place to stay for a short visit to Chincoteaque and the beach. During a short visit to MD, my mom asked only that we spend some time at the beach. This place was one of the few that was a short mid-week rental that could also sleep a group. The only negative was the impact of cigarette smoke by adjoining guests when on the balcony. This can not be controlled by the property we stayed in, but it impacted how much we were able to use the balcony.
