Great location, easy to walk to most places in KK.
Staff friendly.
Safe in room did not work, on asking for a new one they replaced with a new unit.
Not as clean as would have liked
- sink had leftover noodles in the plughole
- mould around sink tap
- stains on bed linen
Hotel had no water on the day of arrival, could not shower until the next day

the building shared the same lift & stairways with shopss.... The first nught my room was entered by cockroaches... 😭 Luckily I manage to kull it cause
