Stayed at this Hilton many times. This time it scared the sh!t out of me and my wife. The elevator malfunctioned on our way to the 15th floor. It started making a lot of noise, shaking violently, stopped in between floors then felt like it dropped a foot went up two feet and did that 3 more times before it finally made it to the 15th floor. I immediately called the front desk to tell them to take it out of service and was told they would have an engineer look into it. The next morning I went to get coffee and the elevator was still in service making the same noises. Obviously I took another one. When I checked out I mentioned it to the front desk and they acted like they knew nothing about it. Either I was ignored or they just don’t give a sh!t.

Stayed just one night to attend a funeral. The bed/pillows were uncomfortable. there was no shampoo in the shower and I had to go down to the lobby to get it because housekeepers don’t arrive until 9am. No apology from the front desk for not having stocked the shower with shampoo. They acted like I annoyed them for requesting it. When I went to take a shower, the lever that you pull up to put on the shower head wouldn’t pull up. So I had to lay down in the bathtub under the bath spigot to wash my hair. While laying down, I could see all the mold under the soap dish tray.

The stay here was great, the hotel is nice and clean and staff were very helpful. Only downfall for me was that the hot tub was under maintenance which was not advertised and I specifically chose this hotel because it offered the hot tub option.

Just a quick overnight stay. All was good. Room could use an upgrade, large water stain on furniture, showerhead very weak, small other things. Service was excellent. Everyone is friendly.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays. The beds do not even have fitted sheets !!! Or so I was told. The room was horribly hot and would not cool down, there was blood on the door and on the mattress protector. Horrible horrible place

It’s a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel room was decent. There was an old wet towel smell in the bathroom and the light fixtures were old and rusty. Definitely could use some upgrades. Other than that it was a nice hotel stay.

This is my favorite place to stay when traveling to the area for concerts at Starland Ballroom. The lobby is absolutely stunning and everything is exceptional. The beds are very comfortable and every room I have stayed in has had a great view. My only negatives would be that the lighting in the rooms is outdated and on the duller side. Also the parking fees are excessive when you’re already a paying guest. Overall an excellent experience every time!

This property was horrible it looks nothing like what’s advertised online the rooms are so old the beds are broke the bathrooms are old and cold. The heat don’t work and I would never recommend staying at this property. My husband and I had to pack our bags and go to another room in the middle of the night due to such an inconvenience of the first room we were in.

My room was very dusty but they saying its tge vents and are changing them out. Breakfast is nit included especially if you use expedia or hotels.com. parking is high especially because we have to park our own car

The rooms here were very outdated, it reminded me of the days inn. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. The sofa I. The room had a cigarette burn in it. Overall the room was horrible. The service was poor. My husband and I got takeout from a restaurant but they forgot to put utensils in the bag. When we returned back to the hotel and realized there were no utensils my husband asked the lady at the front desk if she had any utensils, she was very dismissive and told my husband that he had to take that up with the restaurant we got food from. Overall I would not recommend this place, for it to be the “Hilton hotel” it was a total waste of money! We will not be back

liked: clean and comfortable which is expected. they allowed late check out. disliked: false advertisements: no room service - said there was online. $14.00 parking fee - ridiculous. sign on property for valle parking - there was none. parking garage was a hike for an older person like me carrying luggage. no snack machines on floors, have to go to lobby.

I made a reservation for a king bed with sofa and they gived me single bed for me and my girlfriend I didn’t want to make a problem and I asked them to upgrade to vip and they said no more room so I couldn’t take the room I reserved with king bed or upgrade it to vip The worst ever never again

i dont agree with having to pay $14 to park i know check in is at 4 but i checked in at or around midnight and left way before checkout not worth it and paid 135 then i struggled to get a card to pay another $50 on top which in still waiting for
