Two downfalls to our stay. #1 the pool area needs to have age restrictions for after 8:00pm use. As, the pool area stayed PACKED with unaccompanied under 12 year olds from 7:00pm until close time of 10:00pm. #2 guest have to pay $12.50 per night TO PARK! Why do guest that have already paid to stay at your hotel have to pay for parking? This was the first time I have EVER had to pay for parking at a hotel and I am a well traveled individual. Other than those two things, our stay went well.

Everything was great, except the pool. I made the mistake of sitting in the hot tub, and the next day was pretty sick all day. The pool and hot tub Were both closed the next day as well so I’m not 100% sure if that was the culprit but The pool and hot tub were pretty murky and I should’ve known better.

Our time was ok. That's pretty much how I would describe the Lombard Embassy Suites. I've never paid for parking when not in the city or near an airport. That was surprising. The pool had issues, which was the reason we came. So cloudy we couldn't see our feet in the pool and the hot tub was so bad you couldn't see your hand a foot underwater without the bubbles going. Things that I would assume are standard weren't. For instance, you couldn't log into your streaming networks on the tv. There was 1 channel that was kid appropriate that we could watch, unless you wanted to pay for something because the only on demand movies were all at a price. We ate breakfast and went to go swimming. The pool was supposed to be open but wasn't. Just kinda a 'meh' experience. It felt very dated. The woman serving breakfast was fantastic! She worked hard and was very nice. There was a surprise 'snack' time in the evening where you could go down to the bar and get some chips and veggies (if there were any out) and each adult got 2 free drinks. That was nice. We won't be back. There are too many other hotels we've been at with similar pricing and many more perks...

My wife and I checked in for two nights on the afternoon of Saturday March 30 and when we checked in, the parking lot was fairly empty which would be understandable for an Easter holiday weekend. We were assigned a room on the third floor that overlooked the parking lot and was above the check in desk. We left for dinner and when we returned, the parking lot was packed. We were told that a very large party was staying on Saturday night but that quiet time in the property began at 10:00 PM and security would enforce the rules. After we went to bed for the evening, doors opening and closing shook the walls of our room every few minutes for hours. At midnight we called the front desk and were told that the large party were put on the third and fourth floors and that there had been a disturbance caused by some in the party. The Lombard police were called to restore order. We saw at least six police crusiers in the front of the hotel. After the police restored order, we were able to fall asleep at about 1:00 am. The hotel is a no smoking property and yet, the smell of pot smoke hung heavily in the hallways for most of the evening. The front desk personnel should NEVER have put any other guests on the same floors as the huge party. I spoke with others that were also put on the same floor that we were who were unable to sleep. Others I spoke to who were given rooms on higher floors didn't hear the noise.

Spring break for the family. Son and I enjoyed a relaxing visit. Easy access from tollway. Mall and AMC across the street. Plethora of restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff was very pleasant

The couch had minor stains and tears. Bathroom had some random hairs on counter, sink and tub. Pool was busy, which was expected, but the pool water was murky and you could not see more than 6 inches down. Lots of hair, fuzz among other things floating in water. Hot tub was open first night but was missing tiles and had brown foam floating

The pool water was cloudy, the hot tub was half filled the first night then the next day it was filled but ice cold. No pool towels available. Staff never checked pool which was over filled to the point of safety issues with unsupervised kids between ages 9-12. Our room had empty containers or shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We booked for 5 people our room had 3 towels total. In the morning at 8:30am will still 30min left of breakfast they ran out of food. We choose to do our family staycations at Embassy suites this was our first visit to this Lombard location and we will never return. Waste of money

Didn’t care for the 12.50/nt for parking, No hot water one morning.
