I had a wonderful room that fit all my needs for the night!

We has an excellent two night stay here, lovely hotel, very clean, nice staff. Will definitely recommend.

We loved this hotel for the good price and great location. I was hoping the hot tub would be up but it wasn’t. Location can’t be beat unless you stay in the park. My only other wish would be a free breakfast.

Comfortable and clean . A short drive to the Grand Canyon.

Only nice thing at the hotel was the reception. Everything else was really bed. The room was super small, very dark and not comfortable at all, the bed wasn't comfortable either. We are traveling across the states and this is the worst hotel, at the highest price we paid in the last two weeks. Shower was very low pressure, almost impossible to rinse the soap. Very low ceiling. If you are claustrophobic, don't come here. Two persons can't pass beside each other. I am not mad or frustrated, this is just an honest review. I don't know how they got such a good rating, but it's not right.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. The convenience to the Grand Canyon was wonderful. If ever in the area again, we would stay here.

CQC. Clean , Quiet, & Comfortable. All you really need when travelling. These rooms certainly fit the bill. Also an arrangement with attached eateries meant we could refuel at our leisure.
Overall very pleased.

It probably would have been an ok place to stay except for the ant problem in the bathroom.

There are two buildings as part of the property - hotel and motel. Unfortunately did not realize that had booked the motel through hotels.com. The room was basic with the old refrigerator making a noise as if somone was banging at the door. Hardly slept the 2 nights we stayed there. Location of the property is spot-on. Very close to good restaurants and the park entrance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Red Feather Lodge and will return. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean and fresh. The reception , staff, maintainence personnel all friendly and prompt with any questions. Good value for being close to Grand Canyon with tasty restaurants nearby.

Clean room, good spot for Grand Canyon.
Coffee and hot choc available.

Good value, but very noisy heater! And also the room was too warm due to it. Apart from that, no real complaints, good lodge, we really just slept there to enjoy the Grand Canyon National park!

We were not informed at check-in that our room was set up for hearing impaired people, which meant a strong flashing light with a strobe-effect went off every 3-5 minutes throughout the whole night, which prevented our sleep.
No apologies were made when I complained about this. They just said it was a hearing impaired room but as I said, we were never informed about this

Invariably get the last room in the third floor of a three story hotel. Do I look like I want the furthest room from the lobby?

Nice family run hotel, very clean. Easy courteous check in. Nice gym also, pools closed due to weather which was fine.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance

Great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon.

Overall good stay. Basic motel room with a couple perks (coffee, tea and hot chocolate in lobby, nice shampoo, conditioner and soap, kurig and fridge in room). Very clean. I was disappointed that TVs don’t allow use of streaming services. Wanted to watch a family movie and only choice was to purchase a movie for $20. After spending over $200 a night for a motel room, was frustrated to be charged for a movie.

Great location, very clean, easily accessible

basic room, dusty bedside table. Dark wood made room feel dated but was comfortable. Staff was pleasant, beds were comfortable.

Easy check-in and great loaction. Would definitely stay again.

The room was great, warm, clean and nice. The check in wait was a little long even at 9:30pm. I think we waited 17-20 minutes. Then the desk clerk treated us like a script to recite. I was confused about where our room was and had to ask 3 times. We stayed only one night.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Great place to stay for a Grand Canyon visit. On-site laundry was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Only negatives were there is no breakfast but you get a discount at a couple of places close to the hotel and our air conditioner in room 3124 rattled a bit which was annoying when trying to fall asleep. We would stay there again if making another GC trip.

Exactly what you would expect in a one pony town.

Cozy setting and excellent staff! The location was excellent too. Lots of places to eat.
I’d come back for a stay.

Clean and practical. Staff friendly but not service focused. The hotel turns rooms nightly for guest likely to never return. The service level reflects this.

Young generation front desk will never be as previous generation

Didn't live up to previous reviews. Just OK, not great. Most annoying were thin poorly fitted curtains that did not keep light from outside from entering the room.

Expensive for a mediocre, at best, hotel.

Great location and friendly staff.

Simple, no frills motel but clean and comfortable for a night.

Stayed in the main hotel, which has quick access from the main level or the second level parking lot behind the building. Tea, coffee and complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby. Advertised as having a pool and hot tub; hotel description notes pool is closed but not hot tub. Hot tub was in fact closed. This was disappointing as we chose a hotel specifically with a hot tub for relaxing after strenuous day hikes in the canyon. Otherwise happy with the location and amenities.

Great place to stay when wanting to access the south rim. Not a lot around the area, but quiet and comfortable rooms that are clean. A few restaurants nearby. No microwave in the room but there’s a shared one where the vending machines are. There’s an individual coffeemaker in the room (coffee pods). Parking is in front of your room when you book the motel side.

Excellent, Friendly, and Professional Staff. Lobby is amazing and clean. We were there during the "off-season" (February) - very affordable clean hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed 3 nights. I wish they offered some kind of breakfast but they at least offered coffee and tea to those who drank it. Everyone I met was nice and easy to deal with. Location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the Grand Canyon.

I have traveled a lot and i must say, this stay was one of the most unpleasant regarding the service. Checked in late at night, and there was a kind man checking us in. When we got to our room the wifi wasn't working. It just said that "the room number you put does not exist" - so no internet the our whole visit.
They do not have breakfast at the hotel which was specified but still annoying.
We then checked out and left our bags while we went to grand canyon. We then realised we had forgotten things in the fridge - we immediately called and emailed the hotel and the answer we got was that they would let housekeeping know.
When we came to collect our things and the things we forgot we were met with a very long waiting time and awful attitude. I asked for the wifi and had to repeat my name and room number 3 times before she said okay and gave me the access code to the wifi.
She then claimed we had not emailed or gotten an answer from the hotel. We had to argue and show our back and forth emails with the hotel.
In the end she called the poor housekeeping lady which had to drive from home to the hotel and check.
NO COMMUNICATION between the repectionists or housekeeping. Resulting in this mess. Took more than 20 min just to look and see if they had found anything in our fridge which we had emailed about hours beforehand.
The person who "helped" us was Maria and because of her we will not be recommending nor coming back to this hotel. Awful service and attitude.
