Everything that I expected.

Front desk person wanted to be anywhere but there! This was like a low budget motel rather than an ‘Inn’.

Bed was in poor condition with animal hair on it. The room was not clean.

Had a very pleasant stay only problem was very noisy fridge and beds a little hard. However very nice service and room comfortable and good shower

It was clean but small things like the faucets were loose the louvered bathoom door was had really scratched paint, one chair at the desk. Bed was comfortable.

I wanted to give a nice review but I can’t. The front desk person was nice enough to let us check in a couple of hours early but there was construction being done on the room beneath us, which was very loud and disruptive. When I asked how long until they completed the work, the front desk person informed me that they should be done by 10 PM, Particularly since there was no warning that construction would be done during our stay, I was perturbed. They moved us to a different room which was at the very front of the hotel. Unfortunately, it was dirty, including dead insects on the bathroom counters and dust everywhere. The toilet didn’t work and when we asked to have someone come and fix it, no one came and we ended up back in the original room. I wanted to love this place…… I stayed years ago and it was much better. This stay was a dud.

I love this inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is super cute, and quaint. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it's in a great location. I flew in from Atlanta for my daughter's wedding and stayed at the inn for a total of three days. I would definitely stay here again.

An alright place. There could be some improvements - the roof was leaking in my room but otherwise it was a decent spot for the money.

Really great stay. Overall we took our dog which u should know is an extra $50 a night for room clean up which was understandable. Also $15 a night for parking fee and which wasn’t listed til after I booked but was fine also. Other than that the room seems to have been updated and was very cozy and I loved the free continental breakfast offered as well as quietness of the area and how close everything was to us as well as nice and respectful neighbors would def stay again

Chose to stay here on a Santa Barbara weekend trip with my partner. The place is very nice and we liked the style of the room we got. Check in is very quick and easy, the people running the place are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking here again in the future.

The staff was very nice, and the property is very close to the zoo. However, the fireplace in the room was faulty. Maintenance was able to fix it for a little bit but it did not work after we shut it off.

Waste of your money.... I booked the deluxe room and as soon as I checked in and arrived in my room it was a complete disappointment! The room has NOTHING like the photos, a dirty vibe, scratched furniture, NOTHING cozy. After this situation, I asked for a refund and said that I would no longer spend the night there and they did not refund my money. (I was literally crying at the front desk and they didn't help at all). DISAPPOINTING!

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at East Beach in December. It is conveniently located a block from the beach and a pleasant walk to downtown, Stearns Wharf, and Milpas street which has some of our favorite restaurants in Santa Barbara! The hotel is quiet and has a nice breakfast array. Will stay here again.

Poor customer service

1.5 blocks from Beach (2 min walk). Amazing location. Rooms were awesome. I would describe probably like a boutique hotel. Breakfast did the job (oatmeal, fruit, cereal, toast, muffins, coffee, tea, etc....) I was extremely impressed.

The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful. The room needs routine maintance of walls and could benefit from some redecorating.

The place was nice, a little shabby but a great location. Extremely quiet, safe area and walking distance to a great restaurant on the beach. Great sunset view. The one issue was there was no heat and the night temperature was cold. The covers were warm and being in bed was comfortable. I called in the morning about the heat, and they gave instructions which didn't work. I called again and they said there was a space heater in the closet to use. No forewarning the night before. I would not leave a space heater on all night while sleeping. I love the location though, the quiet. It was good for one night.

The Inn was in a great location not far from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by hotels. It generally was very clean and beds were comfortable. Woodwork and bathroom tile were a bit worn, but it was roomy and quiet with nice bedding. We had 2 rooms and one was fine, but the second one was flooded with 1/2 inch of water after someone in the upstairs room took a shower. The breakfast was better than expected with a variety of items hot and cold.

This motel is ok for the price. Good location but, it does need updates. It just looks worn out. Needs a refresher.

We stay here a few times a year. The location is close to restaurants and the beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable and we find the staff to be friendly and helpful. It’s definitely our family’s go-to!

This property is a hidden gem. Not only did the room have a full kitchen and great space but it was centrally located that we pretty much walked to everything - the beach, restaurants, etc.

Clean and comfortable

This was a motel that is in need of an over hall. There was pain chipping off the wall, the bathroom window was rusted so it would not shut all the way. The kitchen only had one fork, one glass, no plates and no bowls. The reading light above the bed was missing light bulbs. There were homeless sleeping in their cars right outside the window.

Quaint and quiet and good vibe. Nice owner and staff.

The bed sheets had blood stains and the toilet did not work.
