Stayed at this place for 3 nights during our trip to Canberra. The room was presented in a clean & neat condition. We had also requested for a microwave in our room which they kindly obliged. There is a lot of greenery around the rooms which adds to the serenity. There is a play area for kids & a pool which was great to relax. All tourist attractions & supermarkets are only about 10-15 mins drive from the place. Staff at the reception could be a bit more cheerful.

The room was dirty and the receptionist was rude and he was indian guy and he wasn’t polite.

There are some dead cockroaches and I see some live ones around in the property. I stayed for 2 nights and on first day there is water leaking in commode and water stopped running in the night. I got another room for second night and the room looks same as mentioned above. Maybe it’s due to the property being in the trees on the side of highway. Agin there is no water at all in the morning. We are not able to get ready and not able to eat breakfast in the hotel which we already prepaid for it. Staff at reception apologised for the inconvenience and mentioned breakfast amount will be refunded and partial booking amount to be refunded to my card but not seeing any refund after 3 days. Totally it is a disaster for us and not able to cover all the visiting places due to this inconvenience. We had to checkout with our getting freshed up in the morning and not even able to use toilets. It is a complete disaster.

The staff member at check in was friendly. For a family room, more than one chair to sit in would be good and it would be convenient to have a small table to sit at because there is a kitchenette. Also, it is quite dated, but clean and it would be good if there was a TV in the area where the kitchenette and family beds are.

This was as described but I would only consider it average.

Our room was not ready, even after arring 1.5hrs after check in time, then were asked to wait another 30mins. Then the restaurant was not aware that our breakfast was included in the rate we paid. Only 2 out of 5 of us decided to eat there anyway, as the buffet looked quite processed and pathetic. We stay at Ibis hotels often and never have an issue. This was a terrible Ibis. Rooms were old and tatty. Our tv remote didnt work. We could only turn the tv on using the buttons on the actual tv. Then couldnt change the channel as the channel buttons were broken. Lighting was poor and curtains half hanging off track. Worst Ibis ever, sorry.

Comfortable stay for an overnight. Property showing its age. Buffet breakfast ok, dxyra charge coffee was not well made and left untouched. Staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my family only for 1 night. Great for that purpose.

Clean and Decent facilities at the city outskirts - so suits for both CN visitors an Snowy halters. As the restaurant has limited opening times, it would be good if a microwave is added along side the mini-fridge.

Property was good, Staff was friendly & courteous. But food quality wasn't the best. I wouldn't Recommend having breakfast at this place. There were quite few options for breakfast.

Borderline zero phone reception, Sauna not working properly, flat batteries in TV remote rendering it virtually useless. Poor attitude from staff that looked like they didn't care less
