It was a nice stay. The little kitchen was perfect.

Our stay at Towneplace Suites by Marriot was not what I expected. Im giving a 2/10 because 1. breakfast was great! Food was good, coffee was good (the lady working there in the kitchen was very nice, spoke spanish and always asked if we needed anything else before she closed up). 2. Staff was friendly. Now for the bad experience we had, when we walked into the hotel it was very old looking and old smelling. Our room was on the 2nd floor the carpeting throughout the halls was old and dirty, the elevator was scary. the doors in the the suites are old looking, the furniture was old looking, we didn't use the kitchen except for the refrigerator (which was okay). The Mattresses! okay the mattress on the pull out (couch) was stained and ripped! The mattress in the larger room was so uneven, my legs were elevated and the head part was way lower (helped with my leg circulation, I guess). The curtains were stained and dirty looking. One of the days we asked for towel service and when we returned from our destination we found 4 large towels on the table and all the dirty towels were still on the floor (they were not taken from our room). We had no washcloths, no more toilet paper AND no more body soap! Mind you we are a family of 6 who all needed to shower. I called the office and the night receptionist told me that they were out of hand towels and washcloths AND out of Body wash! Receptionist stated to come pick up Body wash and toilet paper. The name Marriott should not be behind this hotel which should be a motel. The staff were pleasant but the room was basic. The location was wonderful. It was conveniently located mins away from Disney. The ART location for transportation on demand was located outside South of the lobby. Starbucks, Chipotle, Carls Jr, Dave’s Hot Chicken and Panera Bread were located across from the hotel alongside McDonald’s and Arco gas station. The downside was that the sink pop up drain stopper was broken and filled with lots of grey hair. The maintenance guy was great he fixed it that night. The bathtub wasn’t the greatest it could use some touch up.

The sofa bed condition is pretty bad, got back ache. Also the noice from the refrigerator is so loud, it was hard to sleep in the night

The best and most comfortable place i could have come with my family. Wish i would have found this place sooner.

Close enough to Angel Stadium that I could easily walk there.

The room was very spacious and clean. It has small kitchen with all the basics in it, and their breakfast options include a little something for everyone.

Property was in walking distance to food places such as Panera Bread, Chipotle, Carl's Jr, Panda Express and Starbucks and a short drive to Disneyland. Free parking and breakfast was a plus. Breakfast was okay; not too many choices but enough to get your day started. Facility was older than the pictures reflected and just not what we expected for a Marriott property. Room was okay but a/c and refrigerator kept rattling. Staff was nice and helpful and they said they are renovating the property I think early next year.

Everything was great. Only issue was that my neighbor in the room next to me was very noisy.

The sink in the kitchen seemed to be clogged,and the water used to wash the dishes wasn't flowing properly.The reception from the front staff was good. Also, the breakfast was better than I expected.

I booked a 5 night stay for our family trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios. It checked all of the boxes, close to Disney, 2 rooms, kitchen, pool, breakfast. The only real problem that I had was that my son and myself kept waking up with spider and bug bites (not bed bugs) on our hands and feet. I found a black bug crawling on my pillow one of the mornings and saw some other bugs flying around the room at other times. We were only there to sleep and I let staff know when we left so that they could bomb the room before they let anyone else in the room. It was more than I would have liked to spend for a room, but it was the price I was willing to pay for the convenience and what we needed.

It's good hotel. But everything old.

NO CABLE THE ENTIRE TIME! NO TV AT ALL. Could not watch football or get the news.

They need to have the make your own waffles for Bfst like all the Marriott properties have like this where it's free bfst

We were attending games at angel stadium and the hotel was located within walking distance of the park. There were good dining options within walking distance.
