Our stay at Warwick Resort was amazing. From the friendliness during the check in time till our check out. The staff were very approachable and answered all our queries with a smile. The breakfast was awesome, walking on the beach and swimming was the highlight of our stay. My husband kept raving about the frog race. Thanks so much to all the staff at Warwick Resort. You made our stay a memorable one.

This is our 2nd stay at The Warwick and we will be back! Everything and Everyone were amazing! This was an extended family trip and everyone - from Grand parents to the youngest child, loved their stay. Super family friendly and a lot of activities for the kids. Sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

My partner and I had a blast at Warwick! The staff are amazing. Restaurants on site are very nice, especially the Japanese. Considering it is a family resort we didn't find it too much with kids around, adult pool is a great size and there is plenty of space around the resort to have quiet time. Highly recommend!

Music was broadcast throughout the resort at high level all the time. 10 am to 10 pm. Couldn't get away from reggae music and Xmas carols. Food, just buffets and the Italian restaurant was not good food. Isolated and nothing to do other than drink and eat and the pool. Little on offer

Recently stayed as a solo traveller. I was taken to a table for lunch but waited 1/2 hour and was not served. I gave up and ordered room service instead. Granted it was a busy period but other tables were being served. I felt like maybe they were waiting for someone to join me. Aside from that, the hotel was rundown but clean, lots of activities and the food was good.

For a start, the food there was overpriced and disappointing - $85 FD per head for the equivalent of a sizzlers buffet. The 3 restaurants not much better in quality.
Air conditioner in room was poor, and unit continually dripped into shower - most unpleasant. Shortage of pool towels, bath towels not replaced when room made up.
3 stars at best.

It was a nice stay with family. There are enough facilities for whole family.

Property was great, it suited our large family. Staff were fantastic as always. Needs to be more wheelchair friendly. Some of the rooms probably need updating eg shower area, water seeps out & floor flooded. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vinaka 😊

Loved the closeness of the pools and restaurants. Great service and amazing staff including those from Papagalo: Rony (Eroni), Vero, Maika, Mereoni and Mere (papa).

Location beautiful. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful gardens and nice amenities. Food was great. Breakfast is 5 star.

The hotel services are not matched with a five star resort hotel. Few dinning options and Low quality of breakfasts. The hotel activities are almost zero. Most of equipments at sport center don’t work. It’s good enough to stay for maximum of 3 nights. After that it’s too boring! Breakfast is repeating everyday. We came from a 4 stars resort hotel in Nadi to this hotel, but all the amenities at 4 stars hotel were way better than this hotel!

Rooms were clean. Separate family and adult pools. Complimentary kids and adult activities to keep everyone busy.
All the food options were very expensive though. Buffet dinners were FJD85 per adult and kids half price. Buffet breakfast had few random things as well. Cocktails at pool bar FJD29.

Staff at the resort were beyond amazing and made traveling with a baby so much easier ! The food and beverages were severely over priced costing more then Australian meals and no way near as nice.
The hotel is nice but definitely not a 5 star resort as the rooms and facilities are outdated

Staff was amazing, they were cheerful, helpful and always made us feel at home. Facilities were always clean, food was always delicious, some were overpriced but hotel prices as expected. Loved that there shops open till late, kids club and baby sitting was very convenient for the kids. Entertainment area was awesome for family time
Never a dull moment. Loved every part of our stay and will definitely be back. Vinaka Vaka Levu.

Great resort for the family, staff were excellent and really made the experience. Some of the facilities were quite dated but it was still a great value for money holiday!

It’s a two star hotel with five star views. One star for the grounds keeping staff who do an amazing job but go unnoticed. The trees, flowers and grass are well maintained and beautiful. One star for the guy who works in the fitness centre..he was always nice and friendly, letting me in to use the gym. Sorry I didn’t get his name.
The bar staff who work in the balcony were just uncaring.. you could sit right in front of them and they wouldn’t even give you the menu or tell you anything about Happy Hour.. In a world of their own. Check out seems to be a long process as well. Booked for four nights but left after three. Food was bland. Ordered the fried rice and pad Thai, terrible! Itwas my fourth time here, probably be my last now.
Gave me a band to wear when you first checked in as well..No thanks! I’m not some little kid who has to wear a band around in the hotel.

Occasionally we didn’t have sufficient bath towels but when requested we eventually received

overall pretty good. not like VIP service tho, even they say its VIP.

Staff are excellent, food mostly excellent, room very comfy with view of the sea. No in room microwave or plates etc. A major downside of Fiji for tea with milk drinkers is that they don't sell fresh milk, only Ultra Heat Treated which ruins the taste. A very relaxed time.

amazing location for ocean front view. disappointed that couldnt swim in the ocean due to safety concerns by staff

Me and my best friend (aged 18) chose the Warwick Fiji for our stay in Fiji. We stayed for a total of 9 nights. For our first overseas holiday as adults we felt very safe at the Warwick. Upon arrival which was late at night, we felt very welcome and cared for as the staff were lovely.
Throughout our trip we experienced a few instances where the staff however were not very helpful. An example of this is when we asked one of the receptionists to call a restaurant outside the resort and make a booking for us. This restaurant had been recommended to us by friends and we had a fair few nights to stay and have different dinner experiences. We later found out once arriving at the restaurant that the receptionist had made a fake phone call in front of us, so that we would arrive and there be no booking. This also became obvious originally when she only pressed one key on the phone to make the phone call outside the resort. On top of this, the man at the door told our taxi driver to take us to another place with a similar name to inconvenience us.
Our package meant that buffet breakfast was included and it was lovely however we found it difficult to make breakfast when we had days we were going on tours early. All the other restaurant food and drinks were lovely however expensive. We also found there wasn't much night activities unless you were looking for a mellow environment.
The Warwick is also a 2 hour transfer from Nadi which made for some long days when going on tours.

My parents and I stayed in an ocean front balcony and we had spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. At dusk we watched the fruit bats come out while enjoying our balcony. The room was comfortable and spacious for 3 adults. The shower pressure and temperature were great.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, but do not expect things to happen in a NY minute. You’re on vacation and relaxing!
The pools and beach are very nice. We frequented the adult pool mostly. The beach is great for snorkeling. You’ll see lots of fish, starfish, coral, sea cucumbers, and potentially some other fun creatures.
The dining offered was consistently delicious. There is a great variety during the breakfast buffet including an omelet station. For dinner we tried the Wicked Walu and we loved it so much we went back.
For after dinner entertainment, it changes nightly. The shows were well executed and engaging. Definitely bring cash (FJD) for the crab and frog races if you want to bid on one! It’s fun!
We highly recommend the Warwick Fiji and plan to come back!

Wonderful place right at the nice beach, but so bad condition in the rooms, old bathroom, sad to see this place so down it’s a good hand missing with a lot of maintenance to bring it up again.

Facilities are well overdue for a renovation. Pool needs to be cleaned, scum on side walls and looks like a pea soup. We stayed in other 5 Star Fiji resorts and the Warrick is far from 5 stars, maybe a 3 at most

I arrived on my check in time and my room was not ready and also I booked a air conditioned room but during the evening my ac stopped working and they did not compensate me for my room or give me a courtesy stay since the whole night we slept in the heat . I would not recommend this property to my family and friends

The people running the hotel were incredible.

Everything at the Warwick is average with the exception of the location, which is excellent, beautifully located right on the beach, and the staff who are lovely.
Where things fall down is the food, its very average. For the prices charged it should be exceptional. But its not, its always lacking. Burgers had the potential to be very good. But were let down by lack of decent sauces. The Japanese restaurant used frozen sea food in its tepanyaki and the tuna was overcooked.
Stick with the pizza, its the only thing thats decent.
Buffet is great for the kids.
So disappointing as its "almost" good. But not quite.
3.0
Needs a fair bit of maintenance, taps, shower heads etc leaking and loose, very noisy fridge, shower door very hard to close- minor but easy fixes. Staff delightful but be prepared for “Fiji time” approach, like forgetting to change towels, tidy rooms etc.
Poor selection/average quality(and very expensive) wines.
Be sure to walk down the beach to access much cheaper snacks, beers, massages, direct with the locals.

Enjoyed the adults only areas especially the adults pool area

Beatiful location, good amount of dining options. However, resort has not changed in the last 12 years since I last visited. Felt extremely dated, food was extremely overpriced for the quality (average, at best in most experiences), staff seemed overworked and some were even standoffish, Internet/Wifi is almost non-existent, bathroom shower was missing a door with no wet room drainage so had to shower with low pressure to avoid flooding our room, and airconditioning wasn't working during week of 30 degree days (was travelling with others who had a separate room and their aircon was night and day in comparison). Definitley feels like the hotel tries to trap you into paying extremely overpriced rates on tours and transport since there is no alternative once you are checked in. Far from a 5 star resort. Have stayed in nicer 4 star resorts (eg. DoubleTree)
