My stay was very good. It's one of the few hotels that has smoking rooms. It was clean the staff was very nice the beds were not that comfortable but the room was very good for the price. And it was very close to Foxwoods casino I stayed there for a concert that I was attending. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

I enjoyed my stay here. Was heading to Block Island the following day. Its nothing fancy it but the lobby and rooms have been upgraded. I also want to add that this is one of the few hotels that have smoking rooms.About 10 of them. It is a plus for me as I do smoke. And they have kept them seperate. They also have a shuttle to the casino on Fri and Sat. Its very reasonably priced and you dont get the resort tax. I like the outdoor entrances to the room so I can come and go and not drag everything in and out. Breakfast was free but again nothing fancy. Coffee was good. Front desk gentleman was very nice and I proably will stay there when I return on Friday because the price good for a Fri night.

This was booked last minute for a one night stay. Candace at the front desk was super professional and accomodating. Room accommodations were comfortable. The shuttle provided to and from Foxwoods was a nice little surprise that we didn't expect. Although breakfast was provided, we didn't get down in time. We would definitely stay there again.

An absolutely amazing place to stay!!! Clean, staff and shuttle driver were amazing!! We had a problem with noise above us and they took care of it immediately!!! I would definitely stay there again!!!

Continental breakfast was ok. Waffle maker wasnt cleaned and ready for a Saturday morning so that’s kind of odd.

Very outdated the bathroom ceiling had mold on it, the ceiling light was you can see a big crack through the wall.

First time I went there it was a woman in the front desk very friendly, nice, easy to talk to but this time was the guy. This guy has no personality terrible, I ask being a continental breakfast there is no eggs he said we don’t do eggs, never. One waffle maker people guest waiting. Someone should teach him how to be nice. Next time I’ll go down the road to stay.

Front desk staff (Candace) was pleasant and very helpful. Loved the shuttle to and from the casino.. great alternative to driving/uber! Shuttle driver was friendly & personable!

The place is located close to Casino- so great for this trip. Clean rooms comfortable beds and friendly staff. However don’t expect to use ice machine - it’s not only broken but door frozen shut and night desk nan will do nothing to help you except tell you how to turn machine off and on .

We went for a one night's stay to go the Foxwood's casino to celebrate our daughter's birthday the hotel was great close to the casino and with a shuttle to and from the casino. Our accommodations were nice rooms were clean they had a continental breakfast in the morning. We would stay again .

From 1:30 AM to 2:30 AM a couple was clearly having a lover spat. These are rooms set up outside doors to the parking lot. The couple was screaming at each other right outside our door outside in the parking lot. Hotel employees did absolutely nothing about it. If they were scared, they should’ve called 911. We came very close to calling 911 on them Because of the disruption. We shouldn’t have to do that. The staff should’ve taken care of that immediately. I can’t imagine it’s the first time that people who are drunk or are having issues or screaming in the middle of the night.

This hotel is in need of some Major update. There beds are soft,carpet need cleaning or removal, water stains on ceilings.

The desk manager was not friendly at all, was told they had grab and go breakfast on weekdays check out today at 9 am and was told all the breakfast bags were gone even though the hotel was empty …

Friendly and very sweet employee that checked us in and gave us first floor room..room comfotable bed but hard to get right room temp ..other than that nice clean motel with nice shuttle available

Dirty room - we had a moth stick in a spiderweb in the corner, staff was rude, tiles in the bathroom were broken and loose when you walked on them, bathroom door didn't shut, beds were very uncomfortable, crappy pillows, holes in the wallpaper. The road and overall noise level you could hear was crazy. Terrible hotel, would not recommend.

Everything was nice there. The only thing that I did not like was the TV was tilted over a little bit but otherwise, I enjoyed myself
