The location & staff helpful

Could be a great gem They need to update the rooms, ice cold room even with heat on. Bathroom needs repairs, cracked tiles, dirty chaulking, old lighting fixtures. Lumpy uncomfortable spring mattress, they should put memory form mattresses in all their rooms.

My boyfriend and I came for a romantic getaway. The reviews didn’t do justice. This place was amazingly clean and convenient and comfortable. I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was on point. Staff was kind even when I couldn’t figure out how to turn the Jacuzzi on lol. The breakfast had all kinds of bagels and cream cheese and cereal and make your own waffles was one of the best places I have stayed we will be coming back and bringing the family as they have connecting rooms. They also have a limo that runs till 3am that will bring you to and from Foxwoods!

Nice rustic atmosphere quiet the rooms are a little outdated but the staff and the surroundings were on point

Good for what we needed to visit Foxwoods but a little outdated

Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff, and really like how they offer limo service to and from Foxwoods.

Room was very large, especially the bathroom. We had bottom floor and people were walking all hours of the night so it was a little noisy. Loved the free limo ride back and forth from Foxwoods. Free breakfast and staff were great! Will definitely be back.

Room was spacious and clean. Only negative no kleenex box.

cons: booked a room with 2 queens turned out to be 2 full, ( i measured it with tape measure) heater at foot of bed cycled on so loud every 5 minutes couldn't sleep, had to shut off and freeze instead. smoke alarm battery beeped and had to have it replaced. many outlets and switches covered with blank cover plates, had to find way into dark bathroom to find switch over vanity as outside switch is no longer there,. other bathroom light also switches on Jaccuzzi so to avoid burning out motor, have to keep tub half full of water to use bathroom light. Pros= waffle was good

Tom the limo driver was fantastic and probably the reason we would stay again! When we checked in, the room wasn’t 100% clean and they did move us promptly. Original room has hair in the sink, food in the microwave and food crumbs on the floor. No toilet paper either. Next room was cleaner, but comforter had stains and a hole in it. This place has a ton of potential if they had some more cleaning and small updates in the rooms (new comforters/towels). Service was great though! If you’re looking for a quick place to sleep and service to Foxwoods, this is perfect for one night. Would consider staying again.

What is there NOT to like? Everything we need for a visit at the nearby casinos. We needed a place that allows dogs and Cedar Park was PERFECT. Great set up, large room, mini fridge, & microwave to make snacking easy. Super close to the New London Cross Spund Ferry & locted just off main highway. Mystic Pizza II Restaurant and gas station across the street were super convient. Plus free breakfast & limo service available. A will definitely recommend.

My wife loved the layout of the suite, and we are definitely staying with cedar park again in the near future.

While at first we were taken aback of the odor of our room we quickly realized that was on us. We didn’t realize there were smoking and non smoking rooms. Staff members immediately got my daughter and family another room and without question. Great place to stay and fantastic staff.

I've stayed here a few times without incident. My last stay there was seriously unsettling. I shared my experience on cedar parks website via a google review. I encourage you to go and read it. Then read how Shawn the manager has responded to all guest reviews where someone had a less than favorable stay. That man is quite unhinged. Instead of responding with sincere regard and a desire to elevate a guests experience by offering continued improvement that would encourage a return visit, strengthen guest relations and garner better reviews (basic customer service) his responses are accusatory, belittling, sarcastic and retaliatory. In response to my own very real, very honest review he flat out attacked my character by accusing me of abusing his entire staff. I find that wildly unsettling. Especially where my only interaction with 'staff' was with him and the woman that checked me in. Absolutely and unequivocally at no time in my life would I ever treat anyone anywhere the way that man has suggested. You must ask yourself, why would someone in upper management, someone in a position to lead, someone who is tasked with setting a standard, willfully and intentionally resort to lies, insults, belittling, blame and sarcasm when they are faced with an issue or complaint? Narcissism. As long as you dont have an issue, request or complaint your stay here will be mediocre but fine. If you are referred to Shawn for any issues, prepare yourself. His behavior will leave you speechless.

Jetted tub drain was broken, gave us a rubber stopper to use to prevent tub from draining. Use the AC unit and water started pooling underneath. Toilet kept running all night.

Overall great stay, would have been 5 stars if the bed wasn’t so hard 😊

My boyfriend and I stayed here and we wouldn't recommend this place. The hotel is outdated and it wasn't cleaned well enough. The floor was dirty, yellow stains on the toilet rim and spider webs on the ceilings.

There was no closet, no hook or bar to hang clothes up. Cracked tiles in bathroom,1 super small garbage can. Bed was veey uncomfortable

Cedar Park is an enjoyable place to stay, so comfortable and inviting! Lot of great amenities! We love it here and can’t wait to come back!

Had to switch rooms after checking in and unpacking due to huge patches of beetles in two corners of the room. Got back to the hotel around 12am to go to bed and people were screaming and loud right outside our room until at least 5am when I finally grabbed my ear buds and listened to white noise and fell asleep. Could hear people walking around all night above our room. And woken up around 8am with loud people again outside our room. In checking the bed there were small blood stains that made me really nervous for bed bugs. For almost $200 a night I expected a lot more. The only positive was the limo shuttle to Foxwoods and the driver was very nice.

Hotel looks like pictures, it is a bit dated but clean. Bed was comfy but shower is small. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors but people were quiet and respectful. You have your own private entrance which is pretty cool. Nice area, close to Foxwoods, courtyard area is a plus.

Tub and shower were leaking some mud sludge substance, couldn’t use them.

I love the facility, breakfast, awesome limo driver and room. I was disappointed there was hair and dirt in the tub and dirty floors. I also alerted them to a bad outlet and bath door not closing. Hopefully these things improve as I’d like to stay again.
