Stayed over a weekend. It’s a great location being close to RTP. Problem with this hotel is that there is no catering apart from a full breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and housekeeping excellent. Breakfast was not great, staff were on their mobiles mostly. Food was poor. They have a guest pantry for soda’s which is nice but if you want anything else to eat or drink - take an Uber or drive yourself.

My husband and I only stayed one night for the UNC game. The hotel was very nice, clean and the service was good. My only complaint really was the shower. I understand being a green hotel, but there was no water pressure in the shower. So my usual 15 minute shower took quite a bit longer due to not being able to get the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The building is absolutely beautiful. If you have trouble walking long distances you may have trouble though because parking is in the very back. It was a nice stay but not what I would have expected for the price.

Thank you our family came from miles around just to be together. We had dancing and music and we could laugh cry and talk with each other. It was beautifully orchestrated. The hotel was secure. The fountain there and the water a true fountain of youth. Bring with Thomas and his family meant the world to me. I can honestly say it was one of the best moments of my life. Thank you for the good food and the music the hotel it’s self was clean. And the bedding soft. We had privacy but both also places to be together. The fire place was pretty we saw it from inside. His nieces and nephews were outside. You had balconies and places for us to sit and talk and share. White Hydrangeas blue hydrangeas toms caring touch fireflies and tapitstry . New Hope church. Children who are our nieces and nephews. Jb and Cathy wedding. Tom and I celebrating our years together. Clock tower. And a golden scale of justice almost perfectly balanced in the hallway. Our dressed while each individual matched. Easy parking. Very nice area.

We spent the weekend at UNC and this hotel was located perfectly. Easy drive to and from campus, little no traffic and easy close food options. Hotel is lovely with free breakfast. Helpful staff and very clean hotel.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Stocked pantry was a nice touch, but could have used some bottles water and plain creamer for the coffee. Also, coffee was not brewed/full in am.
No charging for EV's, sorely needed.
Also, not enough parking, had to park quite far away after coming back from a late night football game.

This property was in a convenient and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the grounds were very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The rooms are slightly dated but well kept.

check in after hours was tricky, we arrived around 9 pm, the person at front desk was not responding to phone calls, it was too dark to read signs and could not get to the hotel part of the premise for almost an hour. the resort is a convention center w multiple halls and Expedia should specify which hall is actually the hotel part....

Magnificent property. The hotel and grounds are very well kept. Our room was stunning and bedding very comfortable. They have terraces with views of tall trees, so peaceful. The pool area is beautiful. People were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfasts were delicious. Will definitely be back!

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was great except the bathroom door broke.

We did not realize this was not a traditional stand alone hotel which was a little bit confusing. It is part of the UNC-CH business school conference center. While it is very nice inside we were a little thrown off because it was just a different vibe than we expected and the signage was not particularly clear for where to go to check-in or park.

We stayed here for UNC graduation. The property is amazing with a beautiful garden. The pool and fire pit were lovely to relax during our down time. Staff was professional and helpful. We wish we had known about this place prior to graduation as we would have stayed here every time we came to visit our daughter. Highly recommend!!
