A/C didn’t work. Noisy outside my door. Unknown hair on the floor. Enforcer outside my door when I left this morning.

Haven’t stayed in a Motel 6 for literally DECADES. Maybe in the 1980s? It was the kind of place you’d stay when you basically had no money; I heard that the corporation had done a renovation of all the properties, so I thought I’d check them out, basically for fun. Let me tell you, I was blown away! Updated, clean, comfortable, first class all the way. Wood floors (not that awful carpeting of years gone by), basic, but colorful. Super quiet. And the price is simply unbeatable; whoever made the decision to invest in the renovations, did an amazing job; I don’t know if all the other Motel 6s are this nice, but I’d be willing to gamble.

The construction crew above me sounded like they were bowling. Dog barking. I only stayed Thursday night.

Horrible Motel 6, do not stay here at all. I would rather sleep in my vehicle. The customer service there is the worst. Management does not care about there travelers

Great Experience

Was a bit apprehensive, but it worked out well! Great price! Clean, and quiet. No bells and whistles, but I didn’t expect it.

Didnt like the price levels for the rooms. Why not throw a microwave and fridge in every room?

Checking in was pretty quick, room was easy to find. If you're looking for room just to sleep, it's not bad cause that's all you get. No fridge nor microwave nor coffee in the room so be prepare to make it in the lobby before going to room. It's understandable cause not everyone use it and others steal plus it's affordable so, if you're looking for having those perks, don't say didn't warn ya. It would be nice to have atleast coffee at the room. Bed was comfy and didn't need any ac/heater but it was pretty cold enough and warm under blankets. Again if you don't like cold, ask for room that has one, if not maybe bring portable heater.

The room was very clean with laminate flooring and spotless countertop at sink. Bathroom also very clean as was the shower curtain. There was a noisy fan blowing constantly which could have been annoying, but considered it more like white noise - was not bothered by any street or other room noises at all. Mattresses were too firm for my liking, pillows comfortable and clean. The receptionists were helpful and efficient. Too cold to swim, but the pool looked clean. Didn't notice anything that caused me any concern for our safety.

It was okay. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Environment didn’t feel really good.

stay away - room heat wasn’t functioning when we returned late night and no answer when we called the front desk. bedding also smelled. the guy at check in was rude and unprofessional. this property should be kicked off travel platforms.

It was a very cold night when i stayed and i booked a room to stay worm through the night but after checking in around 8pm i turned the heater on and dove under the two sheets the motel provide. I wasn't too worried since i had turned the heater to max heat and hugh. I fell asleep a little cold and woke up around 11pm freezing cold. I went to the frint desk and asked them if the heater was working in the rooms since the office was nice and warm and the man behind the counter said that the facility had no heater. I asked him why the office was so warm and he said that he brought his personal heater from home and that there was nothing he could do for me. I asked for a refund and he said he was not authorized to reimburse anyone. I tild him that i would rather sleep in my vehicle and turn the heater in in my truck and sleep warm but he didn't seem to care and could help me at all. So unprofessional since that night was really really cold.

The room was really clean and organized, as was the rest of the property when I walked around. The toilet water tank was dripping the whole time. I tried to fix it but to no avail. Since the property is right next to the freeway (the 101), the road noise was unavoidable, but not a problem for me.

The Motel was clean and the Desk people were very nice to deal with. I think it's great you have a Traeger Pellet Grill available to be used by your guest.

The staff was so friendly and professional. Really made me feel welcome and at home. The hospitality was amazing in other words. The room itself was ok, the linens made me itch but I have sensitive skin so I'm not sure. All in all good property staff was really amazing. The room probably won't be back because of the linens.

Convenient to freeway

It was very cold, there was no heating, the water was very cold.

The staff is amazing. They treat our animals with as much respect as us, and everyone is super friendly. We just moved from n.h. and stayed at hotels everywhere and this is hands down the best one!

The property was okay. The room smelled as if the previous guest was a smoker and had smoked in the room. There was a half smoked cigarette outside the door on the window sill. Also the ice machine nearest my room was not working, a real inconvenience. When checking out I informed the front desk. They seemed not to be aware of the problem. I then went fill my water bottle from the ice machine outside of the office. I come to find out that that one was not working, it was actually unplugged. I informed the from desk and ask if there was another ice machine that I may use. I was told those two are the only ice machines on the property. Front desk did not offer a solution nor an apology for that matter. I'm a very disappointed guest. I had been avoiding staying at Motel 6 for years, because of past experiences. I decided to give you guys another opportunity (hoping things had improved). I was thinking the place looks good, it's in a decent part of the city, (actually a pretty good city overall). To come and find out that nothing has change, well, maybe for the worse (at lease there were no roaches at this location, a few ants in the bathroom, but no roaches). Anyway, just thought you should know. BTW, I'll need to be staying in that general vicinity on and off for the next six months. I'll have to look elsewhere for accomodations.
