Arrived at 8:00pm I asked the receptionist if they had laundry room and they confirmed and gave me the location. When we got to the room it was very small and there was a desk blocking a walk way. Unpacked and got clothes to do laundry. Once I started the wash I went to the recieption desk and asked for change for a dollar. They did not have any change so I drove to two gas stations until I found one open. I then returned to the hotel and went to the laundry room to put the clothes in the dryer. At approximately 10pm when I went to check the laundry the doors were locked. There was no sign that stated the hours. I called the receptionist and they said the laundry room locks at 9pm and there is no one with a key until 8am. I informed the receptionist that I had to get my daughter to the Navy base in the morning for deployment. She again stated that only Maintenance can open it at 8am. When checking into a hotel at 8pm and asking about laundry services, someone should have disclosed hours! There should also be some hours sign on the door or inside to warn customers. Maybe even keep a few dollars of quarters when your machine only takes $3.50 in quarters. Worst part about all this was that we waited until 8am and the clothes that had been in the dryer had not even dried.

We reserved four rooms. I can't speak to the other three. The one I stayed in had multiple electrical plugs not working. It took quite a while to figure out that, if I wanted the light to turn on, I needed to unplug the clock. There was what looked like green blanket fuzz on the sheets, but the blanket was not green. The shower water was almost warm, and the coffee pot was broken. When we checked in, the room keys to the hotel weren't working. We felt so bad for the two ladies on the desk that night. One had to walk each guest to their room to let them in. That was hard. The next morning, when we stopped to check out, the morning lady at the desk told us that there are spare keys to every room, and she did not understand why the night desk wasn't using them. Inconvenient at best. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. We will not choose to stay there again.

This hotel left much to be desired. There was no blackout curtain on the front window in our room. My husband used a safety pin to bring the side curtains together to provide some privacy. Getting the luggage to our room was difficult because we had to push the cart through the pool area to get to the outside elevator. Would not stay here again.

Room 213 smelled musty, the room above kids were jumping and running we heard everything.

Terrible place... the staff was rude

Saturday morning "hot" breakfast was diced potatoes, sausage patties and hard boiled eggs. Not sure I understand that combo. Sunday's hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Hard boiled eggs available. Makes a little more sense if you like biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

I didn’t like that it was an outside entrance for my room. Upon reserving my room I knew this, but once I got into it I felt unsafe having people walk by all the time. I could still hear the outside noise through the door even when it was locked, like there was a seal broken. May have just been my room. As far as location wise it felt safe to me & is close to everything that I needed.
