There was no shampoo in the shower. I discovered this after being in the shower and had to get out and wait 30 minutes for housekeeping to come bring shampoo the front desk made it right by comping my breakfast, but the water pressure in the shower and no shampoo and a broken coffee maker Did not make for a good stay

When we arrived, the front desk attendant was pleasant and the check in process was quick. Sadly, our room was another story. It was not very clean and the faucet in the bathtub had a drip. We dealt with the drip the first night but by the second day, it was pouring out of the faucet and we were unable to turn it off. We notified the front desk and they sent maintenance who was very nice but mentioned that the room we were in had not had maintenance done on it and asked if we could change rooms. Not a big deal, so we packed everything up, went down to the front desk and the receptionist said "we do not have any 2 bed rooms left" but offered no alternative. I had to ask if they had a king bed room and told her we would deal with it. She was quite rude and acted as though we were bothering her. We obtained our key cards and ended up in a room very far from the elevators with no guidance from the clerk to tell us the father elevator and parking would be better for us. Nor did she mention that they have a parking garage that too would have been closer (it is not advertised anyplace). No compensation for the hassle on their behalf, nothing. Quite disappointed. I never expect much on a stay but this one was not so great.

$15 charge for parking in a public parking lot was steep. Continental breakfast for $19.95 was also steep. Also timeshare salesman in the lobby at the elevators was off putting.

Amazing place to stay the only issue I had was that I paid for my room through Expedia and payment was processed and when I check in they didn’t accept the same card I had paid with. It was 2 am and had heavy luggage and just wanted to crash, about a 10 minute inconvenience but overall 5 stars!

I could not even stay and use my room. There was no hot water. I let it run for 20 minutes and it would not get hot. I checked in at 3pm so that I could shower and be in Temecula for a business meeting at 6pm. I could not shower nor could I wait for someone to fix the issue. I left and did not stay in my room.

We waited 90 minutes on Friday 12/22/23 to get our room. Which turned out to be the wrong room. Note, the website said check in was 3:00 PM, we arrived a few minutes after 3:00 PM. The wrong room wasn’t ready until 4:33 PM. We went to the room. It was not the deluxe suite that we had reserved. We called the desk and were then told our suite would not be ready until 6:30 PM. Then we asked for a manager. The manager, Trey, then said that the suite is ready, but the carpet might be damp. He brought the key to the room we had been given. He said he inspected the room and the carpet was dry. We moved. In the mean time, we were told that they were crediting our account 1/2 the room rate for Friday, we were given a “no charge” parking permit and we were informed that the room would be serviced every day. The next morning we found that there was only one coffee cup and no decaf coffee for the coffee machine in the room. When we went out on Saturday we asked the front desk to ask the maid to leave two coffee cups and some decaf coffee.
Saturday, the room was not serviced, no decaf, no coffee cups no towels. We had to get towels. Sunday, room was serviced. However, they did not leave any bath towels. Since the towels go on a rack above the back of the bathtub we didn’t notice until my wife showered. We called and the front desk brought some towels to the door. Monday the room was serviced. Tuesday we checked out, got a receipt, had to get parking charges removed

The hotel room was clean however the bathroom door was missing paint and was outdated. The staff in the breakfast area and bartender were awesome!!! They really know what customer service is. I would just go back for them. They treated us very well. Thank you

Turned on the bath tub to give my son a bath and the water came out black. Thermostat was off. It was cold so essentially we put on the heater, after about 5 mins it would start blowing cold air. This went on for about an hour before we shut it off completely.

Thermostats are locked to heat/cool instead of one or other. Min temp is a roasting 68. So expect the heat to kick in in middle of night and have no way to turn it off. No water bottles provided. So, 2am plan on waking up hot and parched with no water in sight.

The HVAC system was loud. It clearly is in need of repair. We did not get a good nights sleep as a result. Also, very odd charge for parking which was an over reach, considering that there is ample retail parking available next to the property.

Parking is in an open lot in a business complex with no control or guarantee of getting a space close to the hotel. Anyone can park in the parking lot!

We checked in then went to dinner came back our room keys didn’t work went down to front desk they said they fixed them came back 2 room still couldn’t get room went back to front desk 1 hour later got maintenance guy to put new battery in door before we could get into room! I will never stay here again! Didn’t offer to do anything for our inconvenience but I will reach out to manager!

After a busy day, we decided to have dinner in the hotel.
It was Austin, the bar tender that made our stay memorable. As seniors we have cut down on alcohol so he made us a non-alcoholic ginger drink that was perfect with our meal. I enjoyed the leisurely atmosphere of the dining room.
