We were upgraded to the Taj Mahal Palace (connected to the Taj Mahal Tower) and it was totally over-the-top wonderful. Perfect in every way, with service oozing out at every opportunity. Wonderful room (great charging plugs, beautiful bathroom, lots of wonderful amenities, fruit and snacks delivered on the first day, fantastic food in the hotel, great bed/sheets/pillows.

Just an amazing stay! Everything started with a great check-in experience where Anosh and the team gave the full attention for me to the details! I was offered an upgrade and Anosh even offered me a nice pick-up breakfast pack for the next day, as I would have an early start going to the airport. Facilities are just amazing, sound & video experience at the pool in the evening, nice jacuzzi, tasty delicious food at Masala Kraft restaurant. Definetely go back to Taj Mahal Tower in my next visit! I think the warmth and welcome check in from Anosh has paved the ground for such a positive experience

Fantastic experience. Everyone is doing their utmost to make you feel comfortable, from the entry door to the hotel to the concierge, check in, restaurants, bell boy and even the floor manager for housekeeping, Mr. Rahol. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Staying at the Towers is half the price as staying in the ‘main’, older part of the hotel but you are still part of the hotel and closer to the reception and breakfast restaurants. Big spacious room though the shower itself is a good size the shower room is small, that’s the only downside. Expensive to eat in the restaurants but beautiful and have to say the Chinese restaurant was fantastic. Lovely pool area with children having to be with an adult, so very relaxing. Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of things and about an hour from the airport in good traffic!

Great service and an eye for detail! The breakfast was super tasty, the menu at the pool was just okay. The rooms were pretty, and the staff were very friendly. We had the opportunity to join their celebration of 120 years, which was a unique experience. The only downside was that during our attempt to relax at the pool after a long flight, construction was ongoing throughout the day. It would have been appreciated if we had been informed about this in advance.

the staff made me cry. Well it was tears of joy. I know that every time i travel to Mumbi i will only stay in Taj hotel. form bell boy to front manager Rushik Gohil they took care of all our smallest details of our stay. i was my pleasure to stay in hotel. More i think about my stay i get overwhelmed with their kind gestures and hospitality. They made me and my family feel very special. I have stayed in many 5 stars hotel i never ever have experienced this level of service. TATA GROUP hats off to you and your training. LOTS of LOVE hooping to see you all soon.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so very welcome and valued. The staff were stunning in their attention to detail and care. I was luckily upgraded to the Taj Mahal Palace which is divine. Beautiful room. It’s a bit of serenity in a busy city. The different restaurants food was amazing too. Absolutely loved my stay. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel. The best I have visit. But the prices in restaurants and bars is to high. Increase the prices for the exclusive restaurants, and decrease for the bar outside. They will increase sales a lot. Because middle-class people who can afford to stay at the hotel choose not to use the facilities.

Transfer from airport and in-room check in was seamless and we were very impressed. Unfortunately there room was extremely body due too traffic, which meant sleeping even with earplugs was just not possible. We were moved though and up on the 16th floor it was perfect.
Buffet dinner was excellent. The Indian dishes and the chocolate cake are stand-out 10 out of 10.
Breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive at the table when ordering eggs royale. They were hard and the muffin stale when it finally arrived. Not a good experience.
Cocktails in the Harbour lounge and on the back terrace next to the pool are great. Well worth spending some time in the hotel.

The hotel was well located opposite the gateway of India. All the staff were extremely helpful , polite snd friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the extra cost. The room was very clean quiet and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and I slept very well during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is simply stunning. The staff could not be more helpful or lovely. I arrived unwell and was offered a Dr to the room which I had to accept and she Was also wonderful and i Was so glad I was able to see someone especially without even leaving the hotel.
Have stayed here before and would Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Mumbai.

We loved our stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. Upon arrival we were so warmly welcomed by Prerna, the front office manager, who catered to all our needs and so much more. The room was wonderful and the staff treated us like royalty. You truly feel like a king here. Also staff member Abeer showered us with gifts. Almost everytime we got back from a tour in the city, a small present was there to surprise us.
The word hospitality doesn't do this justice, it's next level.
I hope I can visit this place and its people again. They made everything magical. I miss it already.
