Pictures online did not match room, room was outdated, couch had lots of wear and tear, lighting was poor, fridge condition was awful, no usb ports for phone chargers, hotel rooms felt dated and used, worn down, very disappointed!

Very nice hotel, unfortunately as I entered the shower I noticed it was very slick, and warned my wife, who fell halfway thru her shower. When we informed the front desk, they told her the rooms are supposed to have anti-slip bathmats, which ours did not.

Property was near the highway but I didn’t hear the noise from it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some variety with breakfast over a six day visit.

I found a bug in the bed of the first room. Got moved to another room and found a bug in that bed. Management moved me to another hotel owned by the same group. The room was not as nice but there were no bugs. I checked carefully.

Honestly, when we stay at a hotel, it's just to have a place to sleep.
So based on that, while the bed was okay, the pillows were terrible, especially for side sleepers. Thus the low rating.

Convenient location connecting to many highways, shopping centers, restaurants and so on. Clean, spacious rooms. Good value for money! Very good free breakfast. Friendly staff and attentive service. Caring personal touch both at the breakfast bar and by Shannon the manager at the front desk. An amazing ray of sunshine she is! Very happy with their service! Easy free parking. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Worn down, weird room layout, lots of stains. Should be under $100/night

Overall great for a quick stay! Rooms are a little older but renovated and clean and didn’t smell like mold. Hotel lobby is very nice and staff was kind. Would stay again !

The staff on property was extremely friendly and helpful. Stay on the property for 4 nights and I had an exceptional time.

Lobby and breakfast areas were nice - better than average. But the breakfast food was only average, at best.
The room though quite nice had a few problems. There should be separate switches in the bathroom for light and ventilation. Having the fan on all the time got annoying. The sink in the bathroom vanity is set back to far making it difficult to use. The hot water took forever to warm up. I mean several minutes. This is unacceptable. The light over the vanity would start blinking after a while and should be changed out. Finally, the switch on the standing lamp by the door is hard to turn on, and is probably about to fail.
And BTW, the selection of tv channels was disappointing.

Was Very Disappointed in the advertised Cage Free Eggs. They were just like the old reconstituted powdered eggs! No Flavor, Watery and absolutely Not Appetizing. Paid more than other hotels expecting a tastee breakfast to be included.

I like the easy of checking in but the checkout time was not the same as on my itinerary. However a problem was not created due to the miscommunication. Every thing from design of lobby to room was very eco-friendly and nice. I like the dividers separating food bar from eating space. I also like the ability to be able to turn the tv from the beds to the sofa/common area.

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were like rubber. The sausage tasted like a used tire. No orange or apple juice or coffee was available on the buffet. The room was ok. But it needs soundproofing- we could hear the people above us banging, walking, jumping, whatever they were doing.
