My stay was fine. Besides not being able to get in the building from another door. My stay was fine.

The location and the price.

All the doors did not work. My room key kept deactivating.

Not worth the money

Lees expensive than the others but you get what you pay for

The toilet seat was made of plastic and was not comfortable. The food tasted rotten and as it turned out the refrigerator was not set to the correct temperature. The boiled eggs and yogurt made my wife sick.

The staff was very responsive to a small concern I had with a clock in the room. They want to please the customer.

The location was great. Close to the park I needed to be at and there were plenty of food doptions around.

Truthfully? The breakfast. I've had better breakfasts at other locations of the same chain.

The service at breakfast was very clean and organized.

I did not like that the shower head did not worked , maybe they could start checking on them or update them.

The staff was *so wonderful* and *kind*, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great. Holiday Inn Express is our go-to hotel, and this was one of the best ones we've ever stayed at. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would!
