Traveled to San Jose for a Business trip. Stayed at the hotel over Halloween. They dis a wonderful job of decorating the facility for a large Halloween party, unfortunately a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert took place on Halloween so the party was canceled. Hotel Has a good restaurant, Several bars and good security for all people entering. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I'll be back. A good stay.

I rate the hotel a five star. I have stayed many times over the years and it has never let me down. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and in great shape. The rooms are spotless and always kept that way.

Only travel there if you’re a single male. Ac didn’t work properly. Kept shutting off. Also my room key would quit working at least once a day so that was annoying. But most of the staff were very friendly. Food was decent, a little expensive but good. Location is good.

Great place. Wonderful fragrance in the hallways! Convenient. 24hr restaurant along with bar, club and casino. Know it’s always a bit hopping here so may not be for everyone. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Remember it is an adults only hotel. No kids :)

The location is perfect but the hotel charges unreasonable fees and doesn’t honor the spirit of it’s so called amenities…the restaurant service is lacking in quality and seems to not listen to orders and instructions or possibly don’t understand clearly.

All staff in this property was very helpful and friendly. Place is centrally located and hotel has three bars and two restaurants and casino if don’t feel like going away from hotel.

Front desk reception was excellent. Service in the restaurant and sports bar was very slow. A lot of outside noise if room is at the front of the building and wasn't expecting there to be so many ladies of the night🙄

The condition of this hotel is horrid. The room and even the hotel are not represented by the pictures. The carpet in the hallways is 20 plus years old and torn up. The furniture is ripped and torn. The bed was hard the comforter old and itchy. Horrible value for the money spent.

I love the staff here. Nicole and Nydia are the best front desk personnel that I’ve dealt with in my international travel.

Rooms are up to international standard and it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and abundant too. Nothing special though. I was doing business on the next block over so it was convenient. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. I asked to be placed on the fourth floor to avoid the night life street noise and I spent two comfortable nights with proper sleep. For business travel it was great. Beware that this area of San Jose is sought after for its adult night life so bear in mind that this might not be a family environment because there is an open door casino on the ground floor.

I am a Expedia member who is supposed to get upgrades if available. When I asked the lady at the desk if any was available, she was rude and said, we don’t give upgrades. Was charged a guest fee when others staying there were not. Hotel seems to try to add any charges they can get away with.

This hotel was filled with prostitutes. Inside and outside. The rooms offered sex toys for purchase at the front desk. I was with my family and my husband was discusted with everything. Do not stay there!!
