Convenient to airport. Staff was helpful. Expensive for average service. Only stayed because early morning flight otherwise there are better hotels at downtown with better service and lower cost.

Only stayed 3 hours before flight but enjoyed it.

Staff were rude... my wife was trying to get help on printing couple of documents and had to ask 4-5 times. They were not responding properly avoid overpriced bar unless you want to pay 2-3x starbucks prices for coffee and 4-5x drink prices to usual.

Did not use the booking as the rental booking was denied . Made us to pay cash locally with a new reservation.

Staff was very helpful and always available .What I did not like was the shuttle dropping us at at the arrivals section . We booked the hotel for international departures . The driver was helpful and got me a trolley but it was an effort to take it in the lift to level 3, then maneuver through the crowds all the way to departure gates 9 and 11 for international departures . There were too many people boarding and waiting in line for local departures as it was early morning .Shuttle bus from Novotel is apparently is not allowed on the upper level--but if you can make that happen that would be helpful.

I will not stay at this hotel again. I double booked the hotel by mistake and they would not issue a refund for the 2nd booking. They also offered a complimentary car to the airport but they rescinded the offer when I said I was not ready to leave.

The room could be a bit cleaner, the floor was not so clean but bathroom was perfectly clean. The communal areas/facilities were excellent and beautifully decorated. The food was very nice and service excellent. A little pricey but extremely convenient location very close to the airport.

I accommodate in this hotel from October 2021 multiple times. The level of professionalism of the staff is downgraded. It is no enough to talk about cleaning. Professional service is not less important.

Was good

Arrived at hotel after 6 hr drive without break so kids could have a swim in the pool before closing. Informed at checkin that pool closed. No prior notice. Don't assume you'll get to use all the facilities they advertise. Kids very upset as we had promised swim. We then went to our room - and went to premier lounge to see if access to lounge was included as I wasn't sure what room I had booked. They said yes it is come back at 6 for drinks and snacks. We came at 6 - told come at 6.30 as they were busy setting up and taking photos of the food. We came at 6.30 were seated and the server came back and said actually you can eat but you have to pay for drinks. That was ok and we agreed. So myself husband and children had some snacks various starter type things bits of fruit and couple of hot small bits of chicken and fish and went back to eat. Then the server came back and said actually you have to pay £25 each +tax including the children. We ended having to pay £111 for some snacks. We ended up paying the bill and my husband was treated rudely at the end being not allowed to use the restroom before paying the bill and having to wait 10 mins before they would bring the bill to him. Earlier that month (1st stay) we arrived 10 mins before breakfast closed - but they refused me my husband and 2 children entry despite having paid for it, they said order free from your room (to get rid of us). When we got back we're told have to pay for room service. We won't be back.

The beds were on wheels and the mattress slides off, it didn't wake me but I did wake up on a slant in the morning. My husband didn't like the mattress/beds either. Good thing we had 2 kids so they did have a cot option for them. Close to airport. Arrived 10 mins prior to breakfast ending and they wouldn't serve so we had no breakfast

The staff in the restaurant kept asking me if I really stayed at the Hotel. This was so annoying I had two separate staff ask me same question , at last I had to pull out my invoice to prove. Completely ruined my experience at Novotel

Proximity to airport was the major plus

At the reception desk the staff were extremely polite and courteous. Swathi at the reception desk gave me a wonderful room. I have enjoyed at the hotel. 5 stars all the way!

Front Desk can start to learn being Customer friendly. CLearly they do not care

Liked the location of the property as it's out of the town and it's not crazy busy and noisy. The air is also cleaner due to the fact it's outside of the city The staff needs more training, not at par with their international counterparts..

The lady at the reception is terrible. She doesn’t even smile or say hi to the hotel guests. I went to lobby to get a duplicate access card since I forgot it inside my room. The lady at the reception is very serious and doesn’t even treat the guest properly. Aside from this everything is good.

Its a classy hotel and huge one. When you enter, the grandeur of reception is unbeatable. Rooms are brilliant, service par excellence, spread and taste of breakfast out of the world. The only adverse part is, compared to hyderabad, rates are very high
