Staff was very friendly. Room was in good condition and shower head was nice. overall, everything was just a bit nicer than I expected for what I paid.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave. There was an empty whip cream in fridge as well as a couple milk bottles. Under beds there was an empty pringles can, key card and food, and a sock. Other than that it was ok

My stay was great but it started off bad. I was put in a room on the third floor and when I got into the room it smelled like a drain trap dried out, so I ran water in the sink and bathtub and left to go get my stuff. I cam back and the odor was worse, so I asked to be put in a different room. They were booked but they found another room for me. They both were clean and the bed was very comfortable, not the rock hard bed you usually find in hotels. good breakfast too. They get a thumbs up and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Good overall stay, I gave it a 4 star only because it is an older hotel that obviously needs updated soon.

The room was clean, but the bathroom needed some repair and fixing. There is no lining on the shower curtain, so the water drips on the floor. The faucet is not properly attached to the sink, so it is hard to handle it. There is a gash on the vinyl shower wall, so water is getting behind the vinyl door.

Well you have to make it clear before getting to comfort inn and suites that a $500 deposit is required because I didn't know this until getting there because my email account was messed up so I never got to stay

I arrived an hour and forty five minutes early and tried to check in. The parking lot was empty and most of the cleaning staff was down near the front desk not cleaning. The front desk clerk would not let me check in. I even asked to pay for early check in and she would not let me check in then either. She stated I could hang out for a couple hours after I just drove from South Carolina. I was very tired and shared that with her and she still made me wait til 3. There weren’t anyone hardly at the hotel and it was a very large hotel so why did I have to wait when it was several rooms that could have been assigned?

No housekeeping provided for our entire 5 day stay, even after specifically requesting it after day 3. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper on more than one occasion. Carpet under beds was filthy, had from appearances never been vacuumed. Bathroom was clean however needing maintenance as door was rusty, tiles cracked and stained. Toilet did not flush unless you held down the handle for extended period of time.

Ok stay for a night. The rooms are a little rundown and the bathroom was not great. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom and floor was cracked. This hotel definitely needs a makeover. The staff were friendly and it was a quiet hotel. Wouldn’t stay there multiple days but for one night it was good

The staff are very nice. The ladies at the desk at checkin were extremely welcoming and explained where everything in hotel was. The room was clean and very big. Very pleased. Will stay again.

The bathroom floor was not clean, no liner in trash can, commode did not flush and fill up without taking off the back of the tank and adjusting inside of it. There was trash on the floor of the hall until the next evening. I think there was supposed to be a love seat in the room which was not there. I probably would not want to stay at this location again.

I can't comment on the motel itself because the clerk refused to honor my confirmed reservation tbrough Expedia.com. When, to use as securjty for Iincidentals, he ran the same card Expedia had accepted earlier that day he told me my card was declined but could not say why. Therefore I could not stay. And that for a refund I needed to contact Expdia. My card worked fine elsewhere later that night and ever since. When I contacted Expedia rhe next day and asked customer service supervisor Levi to be refunded, he refused because, he said, after he had put me on hold and called Comfort Inn they told him it was not their policy to approve refunds. Thia although Expedia, not the Inn, had charged me. DO NOT GO THROGH EXPEDIA!

I have to say that this Comfort Inn is a hit and miss,I stayed here 4 nights three weeks ago,I stayed in the same room,they never came to change the towels,I had to get tissue from the front desk,I even had to kill a centerpede,the water in the shower was slow,but I am used to sleep in the wild,mosquitos and beasts nearby howling and growling,so this room didn t faze me in the least,I didn t have to sleep with the gun in my hand and rifle by my head,however,civilized people don t like that. This second stay it was wonderful,on the 3rd floor,room was clean,shower was unclogged,plenty of tissue and towels,but I only stayed one night on my way to Africa,like I said,it s hit and miss,I guess if you ask third floor maybe the rooms are better up there and the water has nowhere else to go but down... Well,until I see you again beautiful Luisville,Kentacky.

our room needed some updating. Carpet was stained and shower tile was cracked, but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was good and staff was friendly and hotel lobby was nice. just think that some room up dates needed.

The staff was amazing. The hotel could get better. The room need repairs and replace of broken furniture. Please change the mattress. Is like it exploded and doesn’t smell well. Easy check in and easy check out.

Our stay was okay. The breakfast was decent but they had no syrup for waffles another guest said they hadnt had any for several days. 2nd day of stay they had waffle maker out of order. Our shower was horrible, water drained very slow, and tub was full of dirty water before finished. We asked for garbage to be removed and towels changed, but they did neither. I will stay again but only because it was convenient

Breakfast was just not good at all. The 2nd day they didn't have any forks, milk or eggs....so you could have dry cereal with some water and a green apple. They were also out of waffle mix, so no waffles either day!!

They advertise a heated indoor pool, but I don't believe the heater or filter was on at all during our stay. Also, the bathroom in the room was stinky when we first arrived.

Early in the morning I heard 3 people arguing and then the woman starts screaming hysterically and holding her face. She was going to the stairs and he followed and she turned the other way to go in the room and back out tothe elevator and they went down to the lobby. So
