Homeless gathering around the entrance to the hotel. Raggedy carpeting throughout the entire “hotel.” No breakfast provided. Cable TV off and on. I would not stay here if it were free.

Very depressing hotel, rooms in desperate need of a good clean and general upgrade, phone bedside lights not working, often towels not replaced and breakfast was a disgrace.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! I chose this hotel because it had on-site parking (be sure to bring 10CAD in cash) and was close to the event I was attending. The green line metro is a 3-minute walk away and there are a lot of fun bars in the area (again, bring cash). The facilities are old and the room is small, but as someone who doesn't look for luxury and just wants a private place to stay, it did the trick.

It was super messy and dirty. The sheets were clearly not washed and it was very noisy on the street pretty much the entire night. I understand that you get what you pay for but I’m just warning others. I would not recommend anyone to book here if they value cleanliness. It also smelt very bad throughout the entire building.

Location was great, right next a metro stop & grocery store. Secure wifi, linens, towels and basic breakfast with tea/coffee included. It's on a main street but there's a secure door to get in. It's an older building, but everything is clean & maintained.

Very dated and musty but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Brought earplugs as windows are old and you can hear lots from outside, No deadbolt on our door which made it feel not as secure as it should, doors don't seal with lots of light and noise from the hall come in.

The ac did not work in the room but they did offer another room but we thought it was too much trouble to repackage everything to move to another room so we stayed in the first room. The bathroom door also did not lock.

It is an older property and it shows. The deadbolt on the door to the room was missing, the bed linens showed burn marks, and the corridors smelled a bit stale. The breakfast consisted of muffins, croissant and coffee. It was adequate and conveniently located, but a little run down.

I found drug paraphernalia in the mini fridge and people were screaming all night. If you are hard up on money its a great spot and the staff are kind. But i would never go there again, especially if you have children.

Nothing like the pictures. Very dirty and smelly. Had to pay cash for the parking. Obviously the staff kept it for himself. Hopeless people walking around your vehicle during the night. Stay away. The add on Expedia is a total lie.

On our second night found a bed bug in the bed! The overnight Staff was less than helpful and essentially gave us bedbug powder. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Could only get one key to room witch made ithard to separate from the person that was staying in the Sam room. Was told we could be let into the building 24 , but I was out side of the building from 2 am til 2. :30 am. Finally went to back of building and pounded on the door and some girl let me in.

Hotel staff were not exactly friendly, the condition of the hotel given the age of the building was expected but the cleanliness was not acceptable. Cleaning service only made the bed, changed the towels and took out the garbage. The floor was not vacuumed. I know this as the first night of my stay, we had accidentally broken a beer bottle, and there were still tiny slivers of glass in the carpet when I left three days later. The worst part is that I appeared to have insect bites all over my arms and legs, and on the last night of my stay, I found two large bedbugs in the bed. I am currently in the process of de-bugging all my clothing and luggage from this stay.

You get what you pay for. Tiny bathroom. Limited parking for extra. Located on a very noisy street with bars closing around 3 AM. Cigarette smoking in hotel was terrible. Ideal if you have no car, are a smoker, and staying for the night life. Else, it can be inconvenient.

It’s a budget-friendly Hôtel and I didn’t have any expectations. However, I was pleased to find out that the staff puts their hearts and souls into their business. They are very attentive, responsible, friendly, and do everything to help their guests or resolve any issues. Even though the room furniture is old, the cleanliness of the room and especially bed linen was impeccable. I enjoyed my stay and want to say THANK YOU to the staff.
