The system “shut down” and another couple used their key to walk right into my room
At 930pm at night. The front desk did nothing about it. It was terrifying

The personnel at the hotel were generally helpful and friendly, and the gentleman working the front desk was great, so A+ there. The room had some concerns: there were damp/wet towels in the room when we got there (they were rolled up, so potentially an issue with their dryer?), there was crud (I'm guessing drywall patch material) dried onto several spots on the walls and the lower half of one curtain, the walls are kind of thin and overall it's a bit noisy (but tolerable), and the noise from the highway (particularly semis) is ever-present. If you need quiet on a trip to relax/sleep, I'm not sure this hotel would work well for you.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean but had areas that need repair or renovation, mostly cosmetic. One of the beds had a good mattress, the other was very lopsided and saggy and needs to be replaced. We were travelling with 2 dogs and their dog policy was the best we found in the area..$25 whether one dog or two. Staff was very friendly to the dogs upon arrival.

This is a very old hotel building. Wallpaper peeling, holes in the walls. The handle for the shower just falls with gravity making it difficult to get the right temperature. The carpet was ripped as well.

My stay at LaQuinta was a pleasant stay! Check in was hassle free, rooms were clean, and the breakfast in the morning helped me to save and money as my family had morning events.

Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. Noise from the hallways, connecting rooms and the floor above was the only negative. Make sure you have a white noise app on your phone

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, room was clean, and I enjoyed the big TV in our suite. We heard some traffic noises, but it wasn't overly bothersome. Overall I am very happy with our short stay.

Our stay was uneventful. One night stay. What we do have a problem with is after checking out and driving 300 miles home my husband realized he must have left one of his hearing aids. I tried multiple times to call the hotel to see if they found it. The call would not even go through. I then called the customer help and they tried calling and they could not get through. They took my information and said the hotel would get back to us. That was several hours and we still have not heard anything.

Excellent stay! Great place to stop with our two dogs. They accommodated us getting a first floor room next to a side door for our anxiety ridden pups. It was clean, quiet and safe. Grateful we made this stop on our way to Florida!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great. The down grade was that we were given room 205 and it was right above the lobby and eating area and it was very loud late into the night.

The black gentleman staff was very nice and accommodating along with great conversation. The room was not the cleanest the sofa has stains on it, toilet would not flush all the way without holding until it does! I love staying at the hotel because of the location and I love the suite with the door separating the living room!

Staying here for a night was fine. The room I was in was clean but needed a refresh. There was a tear in the carpet, art missing from the walls, and the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom.

The walls were a little too thin as we could hear our new neighbors as if they were in the room with us. Also, our children were disappointed to see there weren’t any cookies left in the lobby when we checked in, as there have been during the Christmas season every other year we have stayed here.

Arrived at hotel. room was not ready. told me it would be an hour. waited still not ready then said the elevators were not working and the cleaning lady could not clean my room that she had to take all the things down starting from the top floor so my room was on the first floor therefore waited another hour. I at that time

Close to Broadway in Nashville and all its excitement for half the price. Best free breakfast I’ve ever experienced at a motel/hotel.

Overall I liked the place. It was very clean. They had name brand soap, shampoo, etc, which is always good. The breakfast was average.
My only complaints are, no exhaust fans in the bathroom, and the place needed some maintenance. The elevator was inoperative and the carpet patching was shoddy.

Rooms and entire property was dirty. There was mold all around the bathtub. Dirt smears and even what looks like a blood smear on the wall by the bed. Did not feel comfortable staying there.
