Hotels.com price was $30 over this hotels direct bill price. We extremely over payed using your booking service.
The pool was freezing and the chemicals were very strong. My kids were denied breakfast without an adult.
Wouldn’t recommend. Wonderful rating was not realistic.

The location was great! It was very clean and met my expectations. The only bad thing was the breakfast there were not enough choices and the options always included cheese. It would be better with some plain scrambled eggs. Also, there was not bacon or sausage available which would make it much better.

Room was nice and clean ,a bit noisy, but comfortable . Enjoyed the shuttle to Casino, but it never came to pick us up when we call . So we had to walk back.

Clean hotel with wonderful amenities that guests cannot use due to hotel staff bringing in their families at night! The pool and hot tub area were destroyed and overtaken by hotel staff children running rampid! ! The lobby and tv area were full of hotel employees and their husbands while their small children took over the whole pool area with zero supervision! Sounded like after they were done at the pool they spent a good amount of time running up and down the stairs in the stairwell! Talked to the one lady working the front desk and she was not concerned and never even walked to the pool area to check the situation and I was very displeased. Will never stay here again due to employees!! There is one person here who wants to work, and the minute she leaves here the shenanigans begin!😉 Anything but relaxing and unfortunately I need a vacation from my vacation!!

The beds and pillows were not as comfy as some of the Hampton Inns we stay at, so we didn’t sleep very well. We do live that they are pet friendly, however we had a tapper down the hall that never stopped.

The lady checking us in was rude and hateful. First she ignored us. People were walking up to get lighters and buy water after I stepped to the counter. We were traveling with family so I asked if we could try to get on the same floor. Her response was hateful. By this time other patrons had arrived so I was embarrassed by her un front of a bunch of other people. At breakfast time the paying people had to wait for the employees to eat. This is ridiculous. If they want to eat they should wait until paying customers have ate or have food somewhere else for them.

Room was nice and clean but bed sheets seemed too small because I had to put sheet back on both corners on the side I slept on. Bed was too firm for me and the pillows just sucked so I didn’t sleep much. Everything else was fine tho. I’ll learn to not forget my own pillow. Lol

Friendly and accomidating staff. Great breakfast of more than just essentials for being at no charge. They clean the rooms daily unless otherwise requested. Dog friendly which is awesome. Just need people to be responsible pet owners and clean up your dogs poop. And if they pee inside because theyre excited go back down and wipe it up. Cleaning up after other peoples pet need not the responsibilty of the hotel. Overall great stay.

The lady who checked us in was rude and condescending. Nobody likes to be talked down to and then charged extra on my credit card for incidentals when never before has a Hampton Inn done that before. No proper explanation as to why…

Great location! Very close to casino and perfect option to stay at if not wanting the hustle and bustle of the casino. Nice breakfast in the morning is a plus!!

Super clean, easy to get in and out, and nice staff. What more is there to say. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the casino across the road 24/7 if that’s your thing.
