Shower curtain hanging too loq so we step on it when in shower. Bacteria lives in there. Wallpaper starting to fall in corners of bathroom I put my water bottles in the refrigerator and they froze. It is set too high.

We stayed here for a night to go to a concert. We called early to see if there was a way we could check in early since we traveled 3 hrs and got there earlier than we thought we would. The hostess was very nice and advised us our room was ready and we could check in when we were ready. That was a very nice surprise that we really appreciated. The only negative is that there is no complimentary breakfast. The cost of their rooms should include a small complimentary breakfast in my opinion.

This hotel does not have usb chargers in the room. I had to go buy charging cubes at the gas station across the street. The hotel was lovely, but I feel this should be a standard amenity at this point in time.

After having paid over $200 for an overnight stay, I walked down to the breakfast area in the hotel expecting a free breakfast. Nope!! 😡 Only one table had guests in it. I was surprised, as it was 7:30am. Come to find out, they were serving a breakfast, but for $14 per person. Seriously!?! Even the lower- to-mid Hotels serve free breakfasts. We will never do the 'Hilton' option for hotels ever again.

Good for short stay. Soft pillows. Like coffee maker, micro and frige. Two things I didnt like: air conditiiner didnt run well. Did not coolbrum at my preferred settings. Fan did not run constantly, which id what I prefer. No body wash included.

We probably wouldn't come here again unless we were in a pinch. We didn't have a horrible experience, but we definitely paid way more than what the room, amenities, and cleanliness was worth. The staff was fine! They were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was okay, but limited, and the hot food meal options were way overpriced. There's an Ihop super close, don't waste your money with the breakfast if you don't have to. Basically, we have had cleaner and more reasonably updated hotels with far better amenities and breakfasts, and paid much less than we did here.

Absolutely not worth staying here. Its so outdated that even the pipes in the main lobby started dripping and they had a garbage can in there to catch water for almost 2 days. The HVAC system in the room is useless. Best it can do is keep the room around 70, but don't expect any changes to fan speed or temp. In one word, sucks.

Very good the variety of food for breakfast and dinner were great along with the food,we really enjoyed the bar as well being able to have a drink and wind down was nice. The pool was great for grandkids the o ly hard part was were sitting outside by pool about 6 p.m and got a complaint because the kids were loud,they are kids and i could see if it was like 10 at night.

The staff and first appearance of the room were great! Clean in appearance and great beds. However, there was a smell of dampness in the room and mushrooms growing on the floor area in corners. Our room was one of the handicap-accessible units, so understandably, it may not be used as frequently so this could potentially accrue with lack of air and heat to the room. Would recommend checking more frequently before having guests stay. Could cause some respiratory issues.

Loved the jetted tub and the size of the room was decent. The noise level from surrounding rooms was horrible. Unsupervised kids running in and out of the rooms next door and constantly screaming. Kids breaking through the screen window and running around on the roof of the second floor. Very distracting while we were trying to have time alone in our room. This level of noise went on till at least 11pm, which made it very hard to sleep.
