Great location!

Everything was good. However, I would suggest to have a clear communication on which code is for the front door and the room door. Our flight was delayed and so we got there at 1 am. We got the main door to open but after a few tries.

The apartment was well located and well equipped. We had great communication until we accidently made a double payment. They refunded most of the second payment - but it was $230 short. I have tried emailing them several times - but this issue has not been resolved.

Wonderful location. A bit confusing with the check in process, but they are very helpful with it.

Property was clean and spacious, perfect for the three of us. Our other apartments had a nice little welcome treat which they didn't. Not a big deal, but would have been a nice touch.

The property was excellent near the Tourist spot its Just hard to Communication when you need to fix something for the property. You cant ask for Help.

We had a little trouble locating the place and self-checking was new to us but overall it was the perfect location.

Liked the storage lockers that could be used to store suitcases in case you arrive early or have a late flight. Property was clean and well maintained. While the kitchen had enough pots and pans, there were no condiments to cook. Also the property was listed as having a dryer, which it clearly did not have. It was only a front loader which only a washer and not a combined washer/dryer unit. The washer could only be used if 1 Euro was left in a cup to get the detergent from room service the next day. There was a clothes airer in the small balcony which could only be used to dry small items of clothing. Wonder if this was the dryer mentioned in the listing! Not the ideal place to stay when travelling with children.

The apartment is in a great location! It’s nice and updated! Close to so many landmarks! But the down side is that it right across from a restaurant and small bar. The windows are old and not sound proof! The walls are thin too, so you can hear people in the hallway and in the unit next door. The price was very reasonable. We were only there 1 night, on a Monday. Weekend nights would probably be much noisier in the late night hours.

The first night was a bit rough for us. After a long day of traveling to get to Lisbon, we were exhausted and went to bed early just after 9:00 pm only to be awaken by other apartments’ guests to came back later and didn’t care to keep their voice down close to and past midnight. Some of them were actually shouting and swearing loudly. They quieted down after 1:00 am. We could also hear the guests above us walking around in their apartment, taking a shower, or flushing the toilet. For the rest of our stay, we went to bed closer to midnight and all seemed better. I put on my earplugs and was able to sleep. Aside from that, the location is unbeatable: right in the center of Lisbon, walkable to many restaurants and subway. We didn’t care to cook during our four nights’ stay but the kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the spacious apartment. Washing machine doesn’t have dryer so you will have to hang your clothes indoors to dry. Overall we feel this is a good choice for first time traveler to Lisbon. A bit too touristy but being able to walk everywhere is a plus. It feels also very safe with lots of people and police presence late after dark.

We love the location of this apartment, super convenient. Easy check in kiosk and the staff responded right away when we needed extra towels and when we had a slight issue with the water tank. We love the set up of the apartment and this was our second stay at the same location for our visit at Portugal.

Apt itself was clean and spacious. However the air conditioning was not working -- management tried to fix but said they needed to have a technician come in which didn't happen while we were there. Close to main placas, but very noisy with outdoor cafes and entertainment till 11 pm every night.

We enjoyed having a kitchen and that we could walk to most areas or take a metro ride. The air conditioning was a relief in the heat although it could be a bit noisy at times.

The hotel was placed in a very central place in town. It was close to many great spots.

I stayed 10 days last year and really enjoyed the apartment. I decided to return to Lisbon again this year. The apartment I was assigned was not as new as the one from last year. Also, the refrigerator was dirty. The city view was not as nice as the one from last year.

The floor makes so much noise. Specially when waking up in the middle of the night to go use the bathroom. I have never experienced anything like it, very loud and I’m not a big person. The apartment is in a great location but too much noise around. Love the easy access when checking in.

Excellent place. Centrally located. Close to everything. Near to all kind of public transportation. Beautiful apparent with high ceilings and amazing windows. Though I’m a central area, really quiet. Will go back again. Also with the convenience of luggage lockers.

We were met by the Manager, to assist with the automated check-in feature which we really appreciated. The Apartment is in a fantastic location on a quiet street, for being in the heart of the 'old' City. The washing machine was a bonus as we have been away from home for quite awhile. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of space to truly kick back and relax. 3 of the 5 nights we were woken up at 03:30 in the morning by arguments and fights in the entrance to the Apartments by the guests in the room above us.

Good apartments with the essentials you need. Drainage issues with sink and shower drains.

This was such an amazing place with the perfect amenities and right in the county of Lisbon near rossio square. We will be returning.
