Room space, comfortness and cleanliness is average. Anyway, this is Ibis, as it brand associated with budget business hotel located in strategic location!!!

This is an ideally located hotel to explore Riyadh. Although it’s a little dated, it is very clean with some of the most amazing staff! OKIEL from Housekeeping was exemplary and helped make my stay even better at the hotel with his kind and thoughtful manner - OKIEL is a truly outstanding staff member of this hotel! On Reception was the wonderful RABAB whose dedication to her role goes above and beyond anything expected (thank you) together with her amazing colleague SULIMAN who is on hand with the biggest smile and friendliest personality to make sure all guests are happy and supported. Overall, a perfect hotel with the best staff!

There were a construction near by- wall to wall - we could not sleep well at all………… But hotel team and especially the reception desk weee very helpful , smiley and responsive to our requests.

Average hotel, but it is getting old and needs to be maintained. The storage area in the room is too small. I like the location but because of construction it was very hard to get in and out.

Checkin was disappointingly slow. Reach the hotel at 12.30 am and all you hope is to have a quick check in. The guy at the reception had other things to do. He was looking after a courier guy, returning a lost and found purse, while there were 3 of waiting to check in and he didnt even request us to hold on. There is construction happening next door, so drilling sound will start around 7.30 am. Kindly note. No toileteries or coffee/ tea bags were replenished though I was staying 4 nights. I unfortunately got a room in first floor, so there was no view or sunlight from the window. The bathroom drain was not clogged but the water will not drain fast enough when you use the shower,So much for the negatives. The internet was good, restaurant service was good, Room and bed were clean and comfortable. The location was good as there are many good spots for food and a mall is just across the road.

Nice room and near shopping and restaurants. The hotel was located just across the street from the skybridge.

The hotel is very nice, staff are friendly and helping. The negative is that the hotel door is on the back street, so you have to walk some 300 m to go to the main street (which is considerable in hot weather). Excellent parking space and very good rooms. It is in Olaya street which is a quite nice shopping area. Very nice rooms. We do enjoyed our short stay.

Terrible Construction beside the hotel

The staff just doesn't care, one of the worst stays ever.

Hotel is basic but fine in general. Clean and good location. The only major reason that effects the comfort of stay is the construction site that is just next to the hotel which is a site that works on 24 hours basis and uses hummer and loud equipment starting at 7 am. it was extremely hard to handle it.

I have stayed at IBIS in many countries. The hotel is well maintained. Eating three meals, is enjoyable. Food is great, service is excellent. I like the fact there is a big desktop PC at the lobby, I can use it for internet.

Property clean and nice, but phone not working in room, the Gym's TV was not working and not fixed even a day after staff were notified

It's supposed that I chose a non-smoking room, but the entire hall smelled really bad, I needed air freshener before using the room, but other than the smell, it was clean. Rooms are small, I traveled with two big bags and the space is reduced.

We reserved 3 non smoking rooms and inicially they didn’t had when we arrived but then they solved so all ok , had no particular problem , all as expected

Too noisy, doors banging all night, hotel staff making LOTS of noise as they walked past my room all night doing various jobs and then laughed when I asked them to be quiet. Overall, disappointing and would not stay again.

The check in was so bad The reception employee refuse to do check in and it take long time it was a bad experience

Ac mad electricity was off for more than 3 hours

Part it is in Saudi. Poor seride quality and staff attitude and lack of facilities. Probably as good as one can get in that country though.

Ac not working and no hot water. Placed in a room out of order, which is known to the reception office, yet they have no clue and dont care about their customer suffering.

Location are ok. Lots of noise fra AC. Room was nice and free water.

Was very happy with my stay! Employees at reception are extremely nice and helpful and the house cleaning is great as well. You cannot go wrong here at Ibis! 10/10

I enjoyed staying in this hotel most part but few things needs to improve. My air conditioner had one level and engineer couldn’t fix it. The floor alarms went off two nights in a row because someone was smoking disturbing my sleep and staff didn’t do a nothing about it. I wanted an ironing board and waited for over an hour. But the positives were the hotel breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

Liked: location & cleanness. Not liked: more amenities in the room. Overall great for short business stays.

Very clean hotel; friendly hotel staff! A great value hotel in a convenient location. Overall, a strong recommend!

It's a standard Ibis hotel with standard quality room. I chose it for the location close to Kingdom Tower. There is also underground parking with direct lift to your floor.
