Star given only for good location and nice lady in reception Anastasia. Food ordered at pool bar was ok as well. Other than that, it wasn’t much of experience. Poor maintenance in overall. Hotel is basically shabby. I am not sure that investing in electric curtains and IPad as remote control was smartest priority for this establishment. - Pool: toilets in pool area haven’t been washed for a looooong time. Same goes for sun-beds. Drinks are more like improvisation. - Lobby: like freezer. - Hallways : cold, moist and smell mould - Room (Nr. 312): so moist that our pillows, sheets and clothes felt wet. Even iPhone chargers wouldn’t charge phone, warning that charger was in contact with water. After complaining we were given dehumidifier which we had to empty every 4-5 hours. Didn’t help much but we got extra noise from it that made it difficult to sleep. Closet way too small. Shabby bed. Plumbing in bathroom is not properly sealed so every time you have water running in a sink you can hear it splashing down the pipes. - THIS IS NOT 5* HOTEL. We moved out halfway our stay.

We had a fantastic time in Singapore. The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable but the bathroom had glass walls and a sliding door that did not provide much privacy. The Airconditioning was also set far too cold.

Clean and big room.

Hotel is in a great location, 2 mins from tube station. Walkable to MBS and the hawker food market next door is amazing. Pool and pool bar are fab too. My only negative was room was very dark even with lights on and not a lot of space for suitcases. However complimentary water, juice and nuts a lovely touch. Air conditioning very good, bathroom very spacious with large bath and separate shower. Will stay again as staff friendly and hotel is quirky in a good way.

Hotel Telegraph is conveniently located to Lau Pa Sat, a famous tourists hawker area for great food. This is a big plus for us as we love to eat.

This place is a hidden gem surrounded by modern high rises.

The room was a bit musty smelling. Dampness ie. our own face cloth took 2 days to dry. Humidity is part of the tropics so we weren’t too bothered. A beautiful, heritage room and public places. Attentive Staff excellent.

Great location, right across from a big food market, we walked to the Marina Bay Sands & Chinatown. Very charming boutique hotel, loved the character. Staff was attentive & efficient.

The hotel is such a great value for money! It is on a perfect location, walking distance to Marina Bay and right next to one of the big food courts which works until late at night. We didnt book the bfast in the hotel, because in the food court the quality, variety and value was great. Rooms are very comfortable and the interior desing is appealing. The rooftop bar is breathtaking even when the weather is not perfect, and it is a great place to relax in the middle of the city.

The location of the hotel is great. It's close to the MRT stations (Telok Ayer, Raffles Place), also nearby the China Town. The room is spacious, however, the facilities are relatively old and lack of maintenance (especially for the walls and curtains). The hotel staff are nice and friendly, overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I can comment on is that the desk in the room too large. If there was a smaller desk, would be easier to walk around bed.

Great location across from Lau Pa Sat, with a superstylish rooftop pool and bar. One room was damp, other was OK.

The staff went above and beyond for helping me find things that were of interest, but also in helping find a lost shipment and some specialized business stationary. The location is ideal for walking to many parts of town.

Excellent staff and experience yet again . 3rd visit , took my 80 year old mum this time . Staff took great care of us, provided a Low floor room with grab rails and seated shower. Just one suggestion a non slip grip mat would have be more reassuring in wet bathroom. Thankyou again . until next time. Love and blessings from Manchester UK xx

Good for Singapore

This hotel is next to Lau Pa Sat and Harbour Front within walking distance, which is great for foods and drinks. Staff service is excellent. Using Pad to control TV and login with Netflix own account to play movie is also great advantage.

What a wonderful hotel! Perfectly sized -- not too big, not too small, yet in the middle of Singapore and just across the street from the Lau Pa Sat food court. It has a spectacular rooftop swimming pool along with its rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is outstanding -- attentive, friendly, and perfect. I hope to return.

Beautiful grand property spacious well appointed room the bath is great very large for a shared bath. Room has the modern conveniences didn't make use of balcony as too hot but good for airing and drying clothes. Breakfast although not cheap is fantastic everything you could want and more Staff very courteous and friendly very helpful. We are very thankful for the late check-out plus when we arrived they got us into the room a bit earlier Also allowed us to wait at pool area whilst awaiting our flight. Room has very good podcoffer machine Night street food stall just outside fabulous.

I was surprised how convenient this location is. Definitely will recommend to my friends.
