This hotel was very clean, I felt safe, as I was staying alone while my loved one was in the hospital. It was easy to get on and off the interstate. The bed/pillows was VERY comfortable. It was my second stay thwre, and will be back as long as loved one is in hospital and Im driving from out of town to be there with them.

The rooms appeared to be recently renovated. Overall it was clean and great for a last minute stay. Only "complaint" was the bedding was a little thin, but thats a personal preference and wouldn't have been an issue if I had actually planned for an overnight stay. Very conveniently close to UAMS and VA hospital. Flip side is since you're so close there are sirens thru the night. Recommend to stay here for a cost effective hotel within 5 minutes of the hospitals!

It was the worst room I’ve had to twenty years

Its close to the hospital so there are constant sirens, Not to mention the noise from the highway. The tv signal kept going out so you couldnt watch a movie or TV program all the way through. There are no vending machines at all.

Check-in was super easy and fast. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. Location was great, clean, only complaint I would request a lower floor because I have bad knees, but that was totally on me, nothing the motel did…

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A great place to stay and only 4 minutes to USMS and VA hospitals. I highly recommend Garden Inn and Suites.

The person who checked me in was fantastic. The property and toom was clean. I was only there a few hours coming from the state fair then heading to the airport. I would stay there again

The property and room was clean and in good condition. The staff was pleasant and capable. Good value for the money.

I was ok with most things.
However, where the toilet paper sits, there was some brown stains around that area.
Someone didnt clean that area well.
There was coffee in a pack there.
But no coffee maker.
I could use the microwave to heat up the water.
But the cups are not made of material i can put in the microwave.
The image on the tv was somewhat blurred.
Like the tv was of a poor quality. (Not sure why the image was so poor.)

Just an overnight stop on our way home. Picked this place on price and good reviews. Was not disappointed. It’s kinda tricky to find but clean snd comfortable. Near the freeway and hospital district. Heard ambulance a couple times but other than that was quiet. The guy at check in was nice and told me where to find restaurants.

I do not have any complaints about our stay. Check-in was fast and the lady at the counter very friendly. The room was clean, it was nice to have a refrigerator to keep drinks cool during this recent heat wave. The beds smelled fresh and the room was clean. A/C worked well. Would definitely stay there again!

Even though I am handicapped and required a room on first floor which I requested, I was given a second floor room with no elevator. Pipes backing up and toliet seat not attached. Sink clogged and tub barely drained. I would suggest passing on this property as it in NO way is what it says.

Needed a play to rest after a long day at the hospital before a 4 hour drive home. Room was clean, bed and pillows were soft and the "real" sized fridge and range were a welcome surprise. Will be staying again on our next visit to the Little Rock Zoo and the mall.
