Great location, and all friendly and helpful employees. Very clean and the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well done. The property is in desperate need of a fresh interior and exterior painting.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times bc it’s near everything we want to be near. Family, shopping, restaurants. They have free car charging if you are a guest, just beware of other guests who believe that they can unplug your car to plug theirs in, other than that perfect stay. The employees are great, the breakfast bar is good and we were told they will be remodeling soon too, even though they are in pretty great now.

Nica quiet plae to stay. Even though it is next to he Sawgrass Expressway, it is very quiet and private. I stayed there because of the EV chargers. I would say the only thing that can be improved is to install more chargers.

Nicely updated and well maintained. The room and bed were like 4 or 5 star level. The Staff was very friendly. The guy who checked me in was sincerely interested in how I was doing, asked intelligent questions and was just a genuinely kind person! I’d definitely stay here again!

Best room ever! We've been to a lot of hotels and we've stayed in a lot of rooms. This one was hands down one of the best. Clean ,spacious, everything you need. 2 big tv's, Comfortable seating area, wet bar & One of the best beds we ever slept in away from home. Also the hot tub was great!! If I had to change one thing, it would be. The hot tub needs to be a little bigger. The breakfast was good and the girl at the front

Very clean and comfortable. Complimentary water available upon request. Rooms are large and well kept. Vegetarian and gluten free breakfast options are very limited.

It had been a pleasant place to stay, but gradually going downhill on the last couple of stays. Will definitely explore other options in future stays. (cleanliness of rooms should be looked at)

It’s all about customer service and cleanliness for me …….The front desk employee was so polite and welcoming her name I believe is Sharday …..she was very sweet and also Nick was very courteous and nice ……beds are always super comfy and breakfast is good , towels in bathroom could use updating other than that I love being here.

Booked this hotel due to us traveling by an EV. Neither of the chargers were turned on. After speaking with the evening staff, no help. And early the next morning, the manager had nothing to offer to help us. VERY DISAPPOINTED! This hotel should NOT offer this if they don’t have functioning chargers!

Was a good stay overall with one exception which would be the elevator service. One was out of order my whole stay & the time spent waiting on the elevator everyday was excessive!
