My concer is the hotel has a problems with the internet and nobody said that at the check-inn. When we ask for how to access to my mails they said that the hotel has problems with the internet for a week or so.

During the second night of my trip, my toilet wouldn’t flush upon asking for assistance. I was told that maintenance doesn’t come in until the following morning at 7 am. They did not have a room to put me in, so I was unable to stay in my room my second night and had to sleep on a family members couch. When I returned to the hotel in the morning, maintenance had not arrived, and I was told that they would not be in until 9 AM, there was no reimbursement no accommodation although I was not able to sleep in my room. I was told that the manager Mitchell would be able to assist me when he arrived at 9 am. I went downstairs to talk to him around 11 am. I was told that he would be on the overnight shift, although I was initially told that I could speak to him in the morning. Overall service was horrible. I am extremely disappointed. I will not stay again.

The room was great only stayed 3 nights so was not planning on cooking the fridge came in handy would definitely stay again if the need arises. I love the popcorn in the afternoon heard about cookies that are awesome but I missed out. Nice having a bar there with pizza for a late night food.

We had a 5 night stay, and on our return the first day we saw that the bed was not made, so we asked if the room was supposed to be cleaned every day which we were told that it should. Long story short the room was only cleaned once in the 5 days. We tried to email the general manager but there is an issue ther and our email does not get through. We left a voice message for her but she has not responded as yet.
This does not surprise me, it's a pity because it is a relatively new ptoperty but there is no upkeep. Our bathroom faucet was leaking and we asked for it to be seen to, but unfortunately that was not done.
The front desk stff are friendly enough but they all look like they slept in their clothes, not an image that a hotel wants to portray.
Vert sad but totally repairable if the GM would come out of her office, look around and talk to customers. But then again why? Fort Lauderdale is a vacation spot and there will always be some unsuspecting person!!

Stayed over Thanksgiving 2023. Was able to get early check-in around 1:30 so could go to kids house. Staff is great, rooms are comfortable and have everything needed for extended stays.

We book a one bedroom but are initially given a room without a bedroom. The tubs are not draining well and the carpets need cleaning because they allow pets so it smells

The property was quiet,staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk employee Michelle was really helpful, welcoming,pleasant and friendly; as well as the restaurant staff. Will definitely stay at Residence Inn again and will recommend it to others.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable. My only complaint is that they should add a sign in the west parking lot to direct visitors to the front door when checking in.

Nice amenities at the hotel. Easy access to all the major highways around to get to Miami or West Palm Beach. Quiet friendly staff. I'll likely stay again.

The room was very nice. The only dislike was the room wasn’t clean after the first day.

The room furniture was full of dust there was only 1.bar soap. In bathroom.

The room needed some TLC with regards to its internal design.
The walls needed a paint refresh and just not enough decor in the room to make you feel at home. It felt like just an empty space.
The hallways throughout the hotel have an outdated carpet. The carpet was not even stapled down correctly. It was very loose making very difficult to roll the suitcase. The walls in the hallways need a refresh painting. There were dirty stains everywhere and felt like an abandoned building.
The lobby and entrance were great. But beyond that it’s a different experience.

The shower is terrible! The shower head was at least 7 feet tall!!! If you are less than 5’6” your arms are not long enough to move or adjust it. You can’t get clean! Then the water sprays off you unto the floor. Your floor mat can’t handle all that water spray. Simple solution: remove shower head with a shower hose. This not only allows everyone to get clean but-the shower can be cleaned safely and thoughly by housekeeping. Otherwise, the staff were very kind and professional.

I booked two adjoining rooms to be close to my pregnant daughter. The front desk clerk was rude and said sorry a guest is still in room so nothing we can do. I was on 3rd floor and my daughter on 5th. I constantly had to run up to be with her. ( difficult pregnancy) the elevator was so slow it was faster up and down stairs. So upset at attitude and just disregard.

The room felt like a 1 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable and clean. The bed was great! Nice big bathroom.

It was a horrible experience the email i got said that check in was at 3pm when i got here at 3pm after driving 220 for 3 hrs the lady at the counter was really rude she told me that my email doesnt matter their policy is check in is 4pm i showed her my confirmation email and she just kept repeating check in is 4pm and we can wait in our car or the lobby i had 13 ppl coming from all over fl for an event at 4pm they had all of us standing in the lobby until almost 5pm waiting for my room to be ready and wouldnt do anything for the inconvenience i will never get a room here again
