The hotel is located closely to the Main Street which has stores and restaurants. The bus and metro are within walking distance, taxis regularly drive past the hotel should you need one. The staff is kind and willing to assist you, especially when having to book bus tickets, holding luggage etc. They truly make the stay more comfortable.

Nice Room, but unfortunately as usual in Ankara walls seemed to be made out of paper, to be able to follow conversations from next doors room are unpleasant

Wonderful experience, The hotel was clean , the staff were very nice and the location was very close to city center , about 10 mins walk, I highly recommend this place.

Location was great, breakfast is excellent and staff speaks good English and friendly

When we checked in the hotel upgraded our room to a suit. The service was excellent. The room was very clean. A large selection og breakfast. We were over-satisfied with out stay.

Very very attentive staff. Valet car parking. Only problem was the toilet Plumbing in our room which was fixed the same day.

I am satisfied but regret to inform you that I clearly mentioned in my booking detail, I will reach Ankara (Check in on 17.09.2018 at 04:00 O'Clock and check out on 23.09.2018 at 23:00 O'Clock . That means total 7 nights including Breakfast but the Hotel staff charged extra amount for 16 September. I paid for total 8 nights which is unfair. Perhaps you can refund one night rent.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city.

I arrived Around 10:45 am on 07/02 and they accomodated me with an early check in . Extremely nice and friendly staff and their warm welcome was beyond expectation. They even helped with printing and copying a few documents. I would definirely recommend it to all travellers. Cheers

Great hotel! Some room amenities could be in better condition (door color was falling apart due to water leaking from the shower etc.)

The hotel is good by itself, just bit old and used especially bathrooms. We had the problem with water it was over hot and impossibly to shower so I called reception and ask to solve this problem it was 8 pm till 9 pm no body came so I called back angry because I supposed to shower before my flight which was at night. The guy from reception came he was trying to do something but he is not professional so he did something wrong and our air conditioner start leaking right on the floor. I still couldnt shower plus my room was floating, guy left and said that reception will call me, I was waited too long and no once called me they just didnt care about that at all. I came down to talk with manager but he was not there and lady from reception was absolutely uncompitent, rude and useless. She said nothing she can do about... Hotel was fully booked and she said its late to solve the problem, nobody was in the hotel by the way time was only 10pm. I travel alot and Ive never seen such service. This lady from reception was absolutely uncompitent. I would never recommend this hotel for foreign people. The stuff treats good only locals Turkish people.

Pros: great breakfast, well night sleep great bathtub.Cons: check your door after you close cause you might end up with a faulty door, some doors dont lock, like mine.

It is hard to see from outside, but inside is clean, well decorated and nice. TV size was small but not a big deal. Breakfast was rich and satisfactory. Enjoy your stay...

VERY NICE ATMOSPHERE OF THE HOTEL AS THE ENTRANCE WAS INVITING FRESH JUICE & GLASSES (SELF SERVICE) WAS KEPT FOR CUSTOMER ENTERING THE HOTEL FOCROOM & BATHROOM WERE GOODLOCALITY OF THE HOTEL EASY TO LOCATE & SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD LIVELYWITH PUBS JUST METRES AWAY WITH MANY OTHER HOTELS BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT ONLY ONE DRAWBACK WHEN CHECKING IN THE GIRL SNOBBISH BEHIND THE COUNTER A DONT CARE ATTITUDE WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR THE HOTEL AS ATTITUDE OF STAFF IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE FOR FUTURE STAYS
