Very accommodating and friendly. Great location near Bat Gallim cable car. Very clean. Had a bowl of cut watermelon and bottled water waiting for us in fridge. Would definitely come back and recommend it highly. Looks like it wod be wonderful for long syays.

The nicest hosts you could ever meet, however... The property was clean & you could say had character. But I think it has seen better days

Really enjoyed Tamer House, located near the Elijah caves. We appreciate George and his family and their great hospitality. We were very happy we stayed there. The are helpful and generous. Beaches close by, museums, and grocery store not far away. Excellent place. God for families.

There are no words to explain how great Abu Tamer is . I have been everywhere. stayed In hundreds of hotels. I was never that satisfied. If you wanna feel home, abu tamer the owner is awesome he took me around, showed me the whole city. And drove me to the bus station. Rani his son is the best guy ever. I won’t be exaggerating if I say I have a family in Haifa now. Definitely recommend this family business. Next time I go to Haifa I ll be there to visit uncle Abu Rami and to hang out with Rani ❤️❤️

We had a great time. The building could use some renovations but overall it's cofterable, clean ans inviting. George and his family make you feel at home.

We spent 3 nights at Tamer with our family (couple with 4 children) during Pesach (Passover) vacation. We had a great time and will certainly return for another.. Most notably, the hospitality of George, Nabila and family was outstanding! The house gives a relaxed feeling, with a nice view of the sea. Importantly, the parking and location are very convenient. We did several walking trips from the house itself - either up to Stella Maris or down to the beach, and used the car for farther destinations. Highly recommended!

Very nice family. Convenient location for an overnight stay in Haifa. Quick check in and checkout. No complaints at all. It was cold and they turned on the heating so we were very comfortable.

Positives: The hosts were especially helpful and congenial. Breakfast was a delight and a treat. Fridge was stocked with big bottle of water which was much appreciated after long day of travel. Clean facilities. Pleasant patio. Negatives: Traffic noise was loud in our particular room. Missed having milk/cream with morning coffee. Overall: will stay here again!

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Thoughtful touches with biscuits and milk for hot drinks if needed. Room was comfortable and easy access to the beach with a few minutes walk. There is a busy road outside which some would find frustrating in terms of noise.

The hospitality was great the owner is very friendly.. very close to the beach. The entrance from the highway to guest house needs more work.

This was a very comfortable little place. When we were leaving early the owner came out and asked if he could send a breakfast with us. It was ver delicious. The only part that was difficult is that is a bit hard to find. Look for directions from george. As well, one reason we booked it was because it had laundry. The washer wasnt working and there was no dryer. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay.

The Bat Galim Windsurfing and Kite Skiing Beach (with restaurants and cafe) is a 5 minute walk over the bridge - the main Bat Galim Swimming Beach is a 15 minute walk along an clean and scenic promenade to the left with another swimming beach 15 minutes to the right. Every beach has free exercise equipment in good order available to use.The B&B is at the foot of Mount Carmel with Elijahs Cave almost next door for those who are on a faith-driven holiday, with the BaHa'i Faith compound less than a 10 minute drive. We were there for 3 nights and had a wonderfully relaxed stay. Although I think it only fair to mention that the B&B is on a very busy road and there is road noise to go with it. We found playing music quietly was enough to keep the noise at bay. It is also hard to find the entrance at first as it is nestled in a very high retaining wall. Look for the Tourist Information sign and the sign is at the actual entrance. You need to turn quickly depending on the time of day. Overall I would recommend the B&B although it is not in a the city so you need to go to night life is that what you want.

Could not ask for a nicer experience at a Hotel! This is a small boutique property, and George, Nabila, and Ranin treated us like family. We rented the Minerva suite, which was a comfortable living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area. The living room was fitted out with 3 twin beds for our kids, and the master bedroom had a very comfortable king-size bed. The apartment had free wifi and air conditioning, and a private patio with dining table. Every morning we were served a huge and tasty breakfast. There is laundry available for use too. Around the side was a large terrace with views of the Mediterranean. The Tamer guest house is very centrally located, and we walked from there to many of the sites we wanted to see. Can not say enough good things about the Tamer Guest House and the warmth of George and his family. Book your stay here and you will not be sorry!

Stayed here for one night on a visit to Haifa with my husband and children. Perfect location by the beach and near all the sites. Very quiet in the room, although close to a busy street. Price was right for what we got. I would definitely stay here again.

George is a unique and very warm personality!He and his family are so into pleasing guests, it is very touching and welcome when you travel abroad. We really felt at home...As an example, George spontaneously gave us a ride into the city when we had trouble finding a cab. I was just asking for a number or a recommendation... not mentioning the beautiful breakfast!!!I didnt realize the house was so close to the road and at first I thought the noise would disturb us but we slept like babies :-)

It's difficult to explain in words how grateful I am to have stopped and stayed in this beautiful Oasis. I call it Oasis because it's exactly what it was for me in this solo travel adventure. An oasis is a place where you can rest, refocus, and regain strength to carry on with your path...I gained not only strength but extreme clarity. What this place has to offer is more than just a regular guest house, is a whole spiritual experience. The family makes you feel like family, and provide the best care and attention someone can dream to receive. I am so grateful for the experience of staying in Tamer Guest House that it literally changed my whole trip. George and Rani (habib albi) Will be forever in my heart. If I could give 100 stars I would. Actually, there isn't enough stars. This place has the best energy you can imagine, because everything is done with love. Not even the words of the best poet in the world could describe the amazing experience it is to stay even for one day with such an increible family. I will forever be grateful. Thank you!
