Room smelled and was dirty

The room served it purpose. And was super close to the venue which was great.

Not as presented online, we felt unsafe the entire night, the lock barely latched, tv didn’t work, no outlets in bathroom, 1 outlet for the whole room…couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning.

The photographs on the site do not show the motel in its current state. While the room was tidy and clean, the motel looked run-down (I think the sign is almost illegible from the road). Because there is a simple turn lock on the door handle, I did not feel entirely safe. 130 a night seemed expensive for this sort of motel, and if I had driven past it before booking, I would have chosen elsewhere.

Sheets were not clean. There are human hairs on them. We did not feel comfortable to stay so we drove home.

Just a friendly atmosphere and needed smiling face.

A quick trip up the street brought you right to Patriots place. Very convenient place to stay. The only downfall was no closet or cubbie to hang your clothes.

For the price I've paid, I would say that my expectations were exceed.

I checked in late so I wasn’t used to their process, but one of their staff helped me.

I liked how the room was until I tried to use the tv with my wire for Amazon, it kept shutting off every time. I also use this room for a late valentines surprise. I was suppose to get my $50 refund back but it was not fair how I didn’t not get it back.

The beds were firm in a good way got awesome sleep my back never felt so good

Clean motel room, staff was friendly. Very close to Gillette stadium. Alot of tailgating people at the motel. Good stay, no complaints.

This place is a dump but the service people were very nice and very friendly.

Great location. No frills. You get what you pay for, but we just needed a place to crash at night and this place hit the spot.

The staff was so kind! The gentleman even called us to see if we needed a late check in because we were attending a sports event. We arrived after the game to a very neat and tidy room.

I was a lil nervous due to past reviews...the out side looks like a motel but the room was updated, a/c cold, great shower pressure, but the best part was the bed! Most comfortable bed ever stayed in at any hotel or motel. Definitely worth the money to not have to deal with traffic and walking distance to Gillette!

Nice for a motel.

The room was overpriced at $78. Maybe $35 would have been acceptable. The room was dirty and pieces of baseboard and wall were missing. No clock radio and mattress was an air mattress. No outlet in bathroom and no toilet paper dispenser. Expedia should omit this place from their list.

The plugs where falling out of the wall, possible blood on the ceiling, and the small towels were as annoying as the rude Customer Service. But the beds and the pillows where comfortable...

Burn holes in sheets. Different matching pillows. No heat. Took 15 min to turn on. Bathroom was good. Out dated furniture. Costumer service was great. Needs a renovation to rooms maybe all the rooms as well.

I understand that because of the location and the even that weekend that the price would be inflated but the condition of the room is poor and paying THAT much $$ for a single night should at least buy you a small kitchen kitchen and semi comfortable beds.

It would be better if the bathtub can be more clean

Bed Bugs.... :-( I was bitten by bed bugs & after 9 days my 9 bite marks are stilling itching & unneeded for the $500 cost. I’am disappointed as this is a family run business & want these people to succeed. Unfortunately the mattresses were stained & it didn’t look to be very clean as the room is drastically outdated. I would be happy to photograph my leg to show the sustained bed bug bites. We’be Had to bomb our vehicle & home. Think twice before booking a place they had 2 stars... Adam

Came at 10:00 to be locked out from the front desk. After I rang a doorbell covered in spiderwebs a lady poked her head out from a window and started talking to me. When the person at the front desk told me my credit card company rejected the payment I immediately left and found a better hotel. Did not feel safe here at all and the building is straight off the freeway. Do yourself a favor and find a better hotel

I was shocked at the condition of the room. It had a terrible odor from the moment we walked in the door and was in beyond shabby condition. The walls and doors were filthy. I paid almost $400 (not refundable) for the hotel because it was near a concert at Gillette stadium. I wasn’t comfortable to even use their towels or be touching the linens on the bed, in fact I did not sleep at all, and laid a sweatshirt down so my head would not touch anything. I would rather drive home than ever stay any place like that again.
